Had the bagel of the day & Montreal bagel. The bagel is lightly crunchy on the outside & soft inside & is slightly petite so the filling shines together with the bagel instead of the bread overwhelming the whole sandwich. Had a bit of challenge finding the place - just use the underground connection to Eaton Centre & once you pass Cathcart place it is steps in front - we passed by a first outlet that was closed but the shopfront is actually two shops in front. Oh great coffee & friendly staff too!

I work next door & see the employees nearly daily, especially Fernando & he is so kind. Finally grabbed their Petite Quebec & oh man, possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The bigger then my hand. I cannot recommend enough!

I'm gladly sharing the experience I had yesterday, I was craving Bagels, I got the chance to walk by the tunnel & find this place, I had an enjoyable time sitting there & having my Bagel Sandwich with coffee, the waiter was friendly & nice.
I'm definitely coming back either for the breakfast or my lunch.

This review is 100% legit, & i am equally sure that owner will hide it because this is truth & truth always hurts. Sandwiches which costs 13-15$ or any other which comes with meat is not fresh, all meat is frozen, which is totally acceptable for low price sandwiches but you being a customer pays 13-15$ for a good meal & what you get is store bought 2-3$ FROZEN CHICKEN & SALMON. Why would someone pay a good amount for frozen meat which they could do it by themselves at home. There are other restaurants who serve fresh daily cut meat & fresh products at lower price than this cafe. Another thing if you really like service from any employee please tip them in cash, NEVER TIP VIA CARD because owner are too cheap to share what belongs to employees they think that tips earned are for them & not who provided the service. Also, the reviews which are 5 star are not 100% from the customer willingly, most of them are BEGGED by management to have a good rating. Doing this is a part of training. Employment wise you should never put your foot in this brand, payday is always a mess no matter how long have you been working, you talk to them your write emails text messages but one thing made sure is YOU ARE NEVER HEARD, like you are underpaid at first & then they will try to settle it with cash so, they will deduct all taxes & benefits you need to pay & give you the amount which you should get but deductions made is for the taxes & benefits is not paid to government rather they keep it to themselves. How do i know? Because unfortunately I worked here & thats why I decided to speak & so i did but there are many other employees who suffered a lot more but didn't spoke because they were frightened & DD they were not aware of their rights. UPDATE after filing complaint, (as of Wednesday 29th of june 2022) Now management wants me to REMOVE this review if i want my money, on the other hand owner talked to me & assured that i will get paid irrelevant of this review, but payday passed a week ago, i tried contacting but left hanging. So, as per them I should not have right to speak or getting paid for work i did, being in a democratic country. Why are they so worried so much about THIS REVIEW? Is it affecting their business? or they are worried that now everyone know about their FAIR PRACTICES (🤭) in employment? Now I know why government had to come up with an idea of CNESST. All this is just for money, imagine where i have to go to get my tax documents & how long that process will be, but I hope it will be worth in the end as I'll keep on updating here & others will know the true facts & will might help someone someday

Amazing food!!! Best bagel sandwiches in town!! & great coffee (REAL cappuccinos!!) - a must-try!!
