Great service but waaaay too many flies in the store. They're all roaming around the store, the bathroom, & on your food. Not clean nor hygienic.

Bright cafe with a large assortment of baked goods & bagels & friendly service. I have to admit the Americano did not suit my personal preferences. My breakfast bagel was perfect.

The bagel was one of the least tasty I've ever had.

The heat in the shop was hotter than outside on a very hot day, which made it impossible to enjoy food.

Pretty good Shanghai bagel, but very saucy/oily, which I wasn't expecting. Staff are just trying to keep up with orders so don't expect relaxed, friendly service. My food came quickly though!
