Jai vraiment aimé mon expérience.que dire du service qui est plus qu'excellent. Par contre mon opinion personnelle, Jai trouvé quil manquait de choix sur le menu. Je vais recommander votre restaurant.
Très belle vue & cuisine raffinée. Les plats sont savoureux, bien présentés & à la hauteur des attentes, même si les prix sont élevés - on paie pour la qualité. En revanche, le service laisse à désirer.
La serveuse était froide, peu chaleureuse, & ne proposait que les plats les plus chers sans explication ni conseils. Lorsque nous avons choisi autre chose, son attitude est devenue presque méprisante. Aucun suivi pendant le repas, aucun intérêt réel pour l'expérience client.
Heureusement, la personne qui nous apportait les assiettes était beaucoup plus professionnelle & agréable, avec un contact client spontané & sincère.
Avec une ambiance aussi soignée & une belle assiette, un service plus attentionné ferait toute la différence.

vibe is great but the scene was so busy so the service was slow & subpar (e.g., didn't have water after we asked a few times) & the food was too pricey for the quality & portions. Perhaps I'm paying for the sky real estate? hehe
J'ai vraiment aimé le déjeuner chez Hiatus. Bien sûr il y a la vue à couper le souffle, tout Montréal a vos pieds. Mais la nourriture est à la hauteur (!). Saveurs originales d'inspiration fusion, belle présentation, qualité des ingrédients. & le service est impeccable.
Exceptionnel. L'endroit & classe & épuré sans chichi, avec une vue à couper le souffle. La nourriture l'est tout autant, nous avons passées un excellent moment.
J'ai eu la chance de profiter d'un dîner au Hiatus dont je garde un excellent souvenir. Premièrement la vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle.
Le menu dégustation en 5 services est d'un raffinement & d'une élégance rare. Je le recommande vivement.
Il me tarde de pouvoir revenir pour découvrir les nouveautés de la carte du chef François Leduc !!

My husband & I agree that Hiatus is one of our favorite places to dine & enjoy the overall experience in Montreal. We visited on a Wednesday night. Reservation was easy to make & our table was available on time.
The service was incredibly intentional & collective in approach.
We tried the tasting menu & OMG that was the best decision we could have made. (although the other food coming out also looked divine).
Everything was delicious & it seemed to follow a seafood theme.
Most importantly, we did not leave hungry! The 5 courses are filling!
The only little small thing is, if you are celebrating a special occasion, you'll need to tell them directly. I don't think they pay attention to reservation notes. Even so, we had a remarkable experience & I highly recommend.
My husband took me to Hiatus for my birthday, & honestly, this might be one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Every single dish was absolutely delicious & perfectly seasoned. The view was stunning & really elevated the whole evening. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, & the service was genuinely perfect, friendly, attentive, & thoughtful without ever feeling overbearing. I'm already looking forward to going back & trying more from the menu. Highly, highly recommend.

Truly one of my new favourite places to visit when I'm in Montreal! Book for sunset, you will not be disappointed one bit. Food was innovative, delicious, atmosphere & ambience so gorgeous! Team & staff were friendly & helpful. Still dreaming about the hamachi crudo
Très bon mais les portions sont (trop) petites. Le lieu est grandiose avec la vu imprenable sur la ville. Concours de circonstance il y avait des pre-teens sans surveillance qui couraient & s'énervaient ce qui enlevait un peu de l'expérience.

We shared the pain au lait, tataki, & filet de boeuf, along with a bottle of wine ,everything was up to standard & well-prepared.
The place was packed, so keep in mind that even with a reservation, you're not guaranteed a window table. We ended up at the bar, but the view was still great & the experience enjoyable.
With the quality & the view comes the high price but it's worth it 😎
