Took the 5 course tasting menu plus cocktails. All the dishes were innovative, flavorful & beautifully presented. The cocktails were exotic & delicious!
Si la perfection n'existe pas, ce restaurant est très proche! Première service impeccable, début jusqu'à la fin. L'accueil a été très chaleureux, tous les employés très gentils & ils te font sentir spécial. La nourriture est exceptionnelle, autant le goût que la présentation. L'option de dégustation n'était pas au menu, mais notre serveur nous a quand même accommodé & nous a fait un menu de dégustation selon nos goûts. L'ambiance est formidable & la vue est formidable. C'était sans doutes le meilleur restaurant que j'ai visité dans ma vie & l'argent en valait la peine!

Excellente expérience au restaurant Hiatus ! Deuxième visite & toujours aussi impressionné par les explosions de saveurs & le service impeccable. Nous étions 6 & avons pris le menu 3 services avec plusieurs plats. La vue & l'ambiance sont tout simplement parfaites. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !
Globalement, la carte est bien construite & la cuisine est plutôt bonne. En revanche, la pièce de boeuf à 70 $ n'a, à mon sens, aucun réel intérêt & de qualité médiocre.
Le vrai point de friction se situe surtout dans le décalage entre le positionnement tarifaire, la qualité du service & l'expérience globale. L'ambiance est très bruyante, le service est certes sympathique, mais clairement de type brasserie (accueil, services au tables TRES long, etc…).
À ce niveau de prix, on s'attend à un service plus précis, plus attentif, plus haut de gamme.
Ce n'est malheureusement pas le cas, c'est dommage.
La cuisine du restaurant Hiatus était vraiment excellente, avec des plats savoureux & bien présentés. Le service était globalement très bon. Cependant, j'ai été un peu gênée lorsque la serveuse a évoqué le pourboire, car nous souhaitions en laisser un sans nous sentir obligés. Malgré ce petit détail, ce fut une expérience agréable que je recommande vivement.
Superb views of the city. Warm ambiance that sets the mood for an unforgettable evening. Every dish was excellent, the service was superior & we felt very pampered. Highly recommend.
Location is top. The view is really magical.
The food is uneven. Some dishes were very good like the duck dumplings or the Halibut, some other were just regular like the beef filet. They served some plates cold or barely warm.
Service is very very slow. Maybe they are understaffed. We had to call our waitress several times to take our order, to get bread etc …
Overall worth a try, mostly for the view.

The food was good, but the portions were very small. The service was also good. It's a great place for a nice dinner, & I recommend going downstairs to Sora afterward for a drink for
a more bar/club vibe.
The service was top-tier, & the food (at dinner) was solid for the price. I thoroughly enjoyed the cod with its accompanying potatoes, as well as the venison served with rice. That said, when comparing it to restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide, the food itself could have been stronger-especially given the price point. Still, it's hard to complain when the service is absolutely exceptional & the views are genuinely stunning. Overall, I'd recommend it to a friend.
Excellent restaurant, bonne cuisine & bien présenté. Cependant notre serveur a manqué de professionnalisme sur plusieurs points. J'ai commandé le boeuf wagyu sur le menu mais il y avait 2 prix d'indiquer sur le menu, 1 à 70$ & l'autre à 175$. J'ai cru qu'à 70$ il s'agissait probablement du prix pour une personne. Lorsque la facture est arrivée j'ai eu le chock de voir le montant de 175$ chargé pour 2 petites tranches de boeuf!!! Lorsque j'ai questionné le serveur, il c'est contenté de s'excuser de ne pas m'avoir expliqué que le 70$ étais pour du boeuf canadien & le 175$ pour le wagyu… De plus à aucun moment pendant le repas, notre serveur est revenu vers nous pour nous demander si tout allait bien ou si les repas était bon. Une fois la commande prise, il a disparu… Par chance que les collègues étaient présents pour pallier au manque de service de notre serveur.
