The restaurant looks good. The service is ok (they don't speak french) But the food ... Ordered a Tandoori chicken ... Didn't taste like it. & the chicken tasted funny which migt explain my stomac ache the day after :/ Anyway, won't go back there.

The chilli chicken was extremely salty, it tasted like chilli ketchup with too much salt.

Delicious. But they didn't give me any rice with my butter chicken for some reason...

Food was not good. Had ordered chicken Biryani but it came with just 3 small pieces of chicken. Chicken 65 was not good either.

Our favourite Indian food in Montreal!
The food is incredible (yumm butter chicken, garlic naan). The service is fast & lovely, & they will remember when you come back.
Really nice location on St Denis where you can sit outside as well. Quite affordable for good Indian!

We've been twice & I honestly think we are addicted! The first time, I ordered off the daily special menu (lamb biryani) & the dessert. We really enjoyed it & it was different from the typical fare you find in Montreal. The lamb biryani had nice morsels of tender meat, slices of raw onion & lemon wedge. We gobbled it up! We eat pretty spicy & tried medium. It was deliciously spicy but if you have trouble with heat, I strongly recommend asking for the mild version. The dessert was special! I've never had anything like it. It was like a puran poli stuffed with lentils & sweet. First bite, I wasn't sure but by the second bite, I was hooked. We've already gone back less than week later & ordered off the menu the Lamb Rogan Josh & we are VERY happy with it! Fresh plump tomatoes, a good amount of tender lamb & the sauce is very nice. A nice balance of spices & ingredients. Again, not too greasy & not oversalted. Perfect. The staff is so nice & we felt very welcomed when we went. The prices are very reasonable, makes us want to go back sooner than later. The menu feels authentic, interesting & extensive. We can't wait to try more (chicken 65, noodle dishes, breakfast dishes, etc).
