Ordered from ubereats. They use shrink-flation containers & the portion are tiny.
Ordered the chicken tikka masala - wayyyyyy too salty & there was no sauce, it was basically just chicken tikka with a congealed sauce & no flavor.
Ordered the lamb curry - Ice cold & again, SO SALTY & I love salt so this was gross & inedible.
Ordered the Chana samosa - not bad but it was missing a bunch of dressings like the coriander, mint, yogourt, pomegranate seeds, chutney.
Overall very disappointed.

We ordered couple of chicken dishes & naan & green salad , asked them to make it spicy it was great, I ordered for take out just waited for 20 min & the food was ready to go , one of the great food I've had in Montreal & also got complimentary gulab jamun which was just perfect.
Would recommend visiting it if you are craving for India food 🇮🇳.
The food is amazing, truly, we love the malai kofta, the chicken fried rice is delicious, the chicken 65, the gobi manchurian, samosa chaat, I encourage everyone to try it!
We tried the kadhahi chicken & were impressed by the quantity of food, we enjoyed every bite of the meal. Rania hosted us with a smile even though she was managing all the tables alone. Great service, amazing food!
if you are wanting something other than A&W at 3am after drinks, this is the go to spot. The Lamb Coconut curry is elite my friend got the chicken korma & really liked it as well

If you like Spicy Grill in the West Island, you're in for a treat with their downtown location. Nestled amongst other eateries on rue St. Denis, be ready to tantalize your taste buds! The dishes are richer & more flavourful, because the cook has magically upgraded every classic. We had the chicken korma, coconut chicken, beef biryani, & the salmon sizzler on hot skillet. Everything was delightful, with a new personality. The spices were calculated, as if added love was given to bring out another level of yum! Oh, & the service - top notch. You will be served as the Maharajah himself! Spicy Grill 2.0, just go & enjoy!
Yesterday I was at "Spicy Grille" I found this is one of the best restaurants, not just because of food but also because of the service they offer. Me & my wife ordered "chicken Karahi" & owner/attendant refer indian style karahi out of the menu. & food was so delicious. Owner was so nice & showing us full of helpful nature. & the reason was, because its my wife's birthday & when I request owner if he have any cake to surprise her. He mentioned they don't have cake but he does come with great idea & gave us bowl of gulab jamoon with candles on top. It was so yummy & he prepped so well by changing atmosphere & played happy birthday song even in that buzy moment. I can't thank enough to him for this warm gesture. Also he mentioned gulab jamoon is from the house & didn't charge us. I would sure prefer this restaurant for future visit.
I visited around 2 AM, & this place is a must-visit for late-night cravings. I ordered Chicken Dum Biryani & Chicken Tikka. The Biryani was unique & tasty in its own way. Though the order took a little time, it was understandable given the rush, & they were still relatively quick. The complimentary dessert at the end made our day. Overall, the food & service were top-notch.

One of the best Tandoori Chicken I've ever had. Very well balanced spice & flavor in every dish. Finally an authentic Indian food restaurant where they actually mean it. Big shout-out to the staff from last night, it was PACKED but our server did her best to keep up with all our requests Thank you 🙏🏾 we did wait awhile but the food well worth it.
great food, great service, wonderful experience. We were traveling from NB to ottawa & it was already midnight, & spicy grill was one of the only few open after 12 pm. I am happy we decided to stop & try their food, my husband loved samosa channa chaat , nice crispy laccha parthas & kadhai chicken was good too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for serving staff
My wife & I are staying down the street. We are from Oklahoma. We have walked by here a few times while strolling. I told her I wanted to try it. I have only eaten this cuisine one other time in Nashville. We were tired, so we got it to go. I ask them to recommend something spicy, & let them know, I like spicy. They suggested the Chicken Tiki Masala. OMG. It did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious & fire. The best of both worlds. Really, the chef knocked it out the park. Hats off. The flavors were bold & the spice was just right. Not too hot where you could not enjoy it, but right there at, "Good God give me another bite." So anyone wondering if they need to stop in & eat. I say, you will be sorry if you pass it by. Do yourself a favor & stop in. The Garlic Naan was magic. They even threw in an "On the House," rice. They you fellas. Next time we come to Montreal, we will be stopping in again. This time to dine in & sample some of everything.
The Tandoori Chicken & Paneer Tikka Masala at Restaurant Spicy Grille were delightful! The Tandoori Chicken was good, while the Paneer Tikka Masala had a well-balanced spices. We truly enjoyed our dining experience.
Enjoying a leisure stroll along St. Denis street one evening, with no particular place to go, we stopped into a local Indian resto at the northern end of the main commercial part of the street (just south of St. Joseph). It was a quiet evening & we were the only patrons (though it was early). The decor & style of the restaurant is very basic with hints of India decorating the walls & ceilings & maybe a bit too bright. The menu is extensive & all traditional Indian options are available. We opted for a Dal Soup (ok...surprisingly with a bland flavor), Butter Chicken (good), Chicken Tikka Masala (good), Shrimp Biryani Rice (good), Paneer Makhani (good...but very similar to the butter chicken dish with minimal difference in taste) & garlic naan (good). The service was pleasant & friendly. Enjoy!
