The oysters were honestly amazing. We preferred the fresh ones but the Rockefeller were really good as well. They give you warm bread, pickles & bacon at first & all the mains come with soup/salade & a side dish. We weren't fans of the Gaspacho (we found it was a little bit too spicy & trust us we love spicy food) but the salade was good! Our waitress was great & on point with everything. They even have a cake included with the meals if you guys are celebrating a birthday which was really good & not too sweet like you would think. They also have a valet service at the front so you don't need to break your head with the parking. The place itself is also very cute & cosy!

I really love Gibbys. I've been a handful of times for different occasions but it's always magical returning. This time, we came for Christmas dinner with our baby & they seated us upstairs in the quieter area, along with another couple & their baby. It was very cosy! The food was good but not as good as I remembered. Services was also good but not as good as I remembered. Overall I would return but not 5 stars this time.

Today was my first ever visit to Gibby's, & I will definitely be back! Incredible food! Incredible staff, especially George B!!! Hands down the best service I've ever received in Monteal! I will be back & sitting in George B's section!!!

Place is great, menu has not changed since I was there last, 15 years ago. Overpriced, don't be a dupe. Montreal has too many great restaurants to keep going there. Locals should know better.

De passage à Montréal pour mon anniversaire ( je viens de Paris) nous avions choisi cet endroit pour fêter dignement mes 30 ans ;) . Tout était parfait. Qualité des plats, service & quantité ( pour les gros mangeurs). Mention spéciale au service pour cette surprise avec le gâteau 🎂 & surtout pour la remise d'une photo souvenir.
