I had been curious about this restaurant for a while after seeing many great reviews. The exterior & interior atmosphere of the restaurant are superb. The staff are kind, friendly, quick in their work, & very attentive. Before the steak, a salad & lemon sherbet for palate cleansing are served. The steak is so large that it overflows from the plate! The cooking is also perfect! This is my favorite restaurant that I visit every time I travel to Montreal.

Quelle belle endroit pour très bien manger. Même après y avoir été à quelques reprises ces toujours exceptionnels, Service de voiturier, pas de casse-tête pour trouver un stationnement, Service impeccable, les assiettes généreuses & je recommande le filet mignon qui est exceptionnels.

WOW. What an amazing dinning experience. Emile was our waiter & I will strongly encourage to ask for him. From start to finish we felt like royalty! Food was out of this world & came exactly as requested. A must visit if you haven't been & a must revisit if you haven't been in a while (It had been 13+ years since we had last been). Montreal has been hit & miss lately with service but Gibby's did not disappoint.
