The service & food at Gibby's was nothing like ever before. Our server, Ivan, was simply amazing. I can't say enough about how delicious the food was. I'd come back to Montreal just for this restaurant.

Great experience with perfectly cooked rib steak & a very knowledgable waiter (Rainer) who helped us make the right selection. Nice warm bread offered at the start & then some very good sorbet as a palette cleanser before the main. Cosy atmosphere inside & centrally located in the old town. Would recommend

We had such an amazing experience at Gibby's! If you are looking for somewhere to host your event look no further! Not only are they well organized & communicative during the planning process but they are incredible during the event! We received so many compliments from our guests & everyone loved their meals! The wait staff was friendly, patient & made us feel listened too all while serving us quickly with delicious food! Thank you Gibby's once again for making our wedding day perfect!

I wanna say a huge Thank you to VITALIY HE WAS REALLLY KIND & REALLY polite PERSON. I never eat a steak but I just asked him to get it well done & he got it as I wanted. My family really likes this please. I would ask the Management stuff to hire more people like VITALIY. He knows what he is doing! BEST LUCK OF EVERYTHING! Will see u next year! THANK Y TO VITALIY ONE MORE TIme ! & then A valet guy was also really nice!
