The food was exquisite. I had the 23$ Mac & Cheese to compare to the 2$ ones I make at home. Let me tell you, it was worth it. Service was nice. Atmosphere was a little annoying tho, sitting next to strangers isn't for everyone. Still had a great time. Highly recommend this place, just sit by the window if you don't like to interact with strangers.

Alexa has been very much welcoming, very knowledgeable. 5 stars is not good enough to say she gave us an amazing experience . The drink, the food & the dessert, everything was phenomenal.

Première expérience au Gibbys. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'avoir Allison pour notre expérience culinaire. Malgré l'âge de l'endroit le décor & le confort étaient optimaux. Nous avons tous les deux pris des morceaux de viandes & ils étaient cuits à notre satisfaction & étaient de très bonne qualité.

Tout était parfait mais je tiens à réitérer que ce qui les démarque c'est la qualité du service.

Gibby is one of the best steakhouse in Montreal, they offer high-quality meat cuts, the Rockefeller oysters, & my best dish there is the garlic snail, & when you take the bread & dip it into the garlic sauce. I highly recommend this place.
