Excellente expérience du début à la fin. L'ambiance est élégante & chaleureuse, parfaite pour une occasion spéciale. Le service était impeccable, votre serveur Martin était attentionné & professionnel. Les steaks étaient cuits à la perfection & les accompagnements étaient délicieux. On sent que la qualité est au rendez-vous. Je recommande sans hésiter & j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Quelle expérience mémorable au coeur du Vieux-Montréal. Tout était parfait, de l'accueil chaleureux à la présentation impeccable des plats.

La cuisson de la viande était parfaitement maîtrisée & l'accompagnement d'asperges grillées apportait une touche de fraîcheur idéale. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le détail du cocktail, joliment décoré avec une tranche de citron séché & un contour givré. Une adresse que je recommande vivement.

Gibby's was by far best dining experience we had in Montreal. Incredible food, incredible service, & an amazing atmosphere. We had the bone in filet mignon with a lovely wine recommended by our waiter.
I was impressed by the timing of the delivery with each course, we did not feel rushed & our waiter was extremely courteous.

We chose Gibby's based on a few YouTube videos & the online reviews, & it turned out to be the best dining experience we had in Montreal. Everything was outstanding - our food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were fantastic, & our server Anna was truly delightful. Her warmth & professionalism made the evening even more special.

After overhearing another server speaking to guests in a rather condescending way, we appreciated even more how lucky we were to have Anna taking care of us. She was a true gem.
Gibbys will definitely be our go-to restaurant whenever we visit Montreal again. Highly recommended!

The service is second to none. This steakhouse is pricy but you get your value. Everything starts with the house made pickles, bread, & fresh butter.you then move onto the generously large salad options. Prior to your main comes with a palette cleanser of lemon sorbet before. Each main is accompanied by roasted vegetables & a potato in your style. The dessert options are delicious & diverse.

I would always recommend the escargot!

Everything was absolutely delicious from start to finish. The service was warm, friendly, & professional, making us feel welcome the entire evening.

While our meals took a little longer to arrive than expected, they were more than worth the wait. We ordered the Youville Rack of Lamb, marinated with fine herbs & garlic, & the Rib Steak. Both dishes were cooked perfectly & packed with flavor.

The famous Gibbys salad was absolutely delicious, & we also enjoyed the lemon sorbet palate cleanser, which was a lovely touch. Our sides were the fresh asparagus & the Monte Carlo potato (twice baked with bacon, sour cream, & chives), & they were outstanding.

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing to complain about. The food, the atmosphere, & the service were all excellent. We will definitely be coming back!
