I just had the best time at Cafe Ferreira for a work event! We came in at 9 PM with a group of 10, & we were treated to a fabulous table d'hote menu featuring steak, prawns, veggies, & mushroom risotto. Everything was served buffet style, which was so convenient & fun, & it even came with dessert! I have to say, the prawns & the risotto were definitely my favorites - they were absolutely delicious! The service was amazing, too; the staff was super attentive & always there for refills. Overall, it was such a great spot for our group event, & I can't recommend it enough!View more

Had a fantastic dinner & would recommend the crispy octopus. We were a large group & the wait staff were efficient & very friendly. The only downside was being put in the back room where the lighting was flickering ... & since we were all in the lighting industry it was annoying & slightly amusing. 🙃View more

We visited this place for dinner on Monday evening & it was full. The place had a great vibe to it. Service was fabulous - special mention to Sara who was serving our table. Every server took care of small details which was refreshing in post-covid era for me. Food was delicious & highly recommend getting the tuna tartare. We flew to Mtl from Toronto for my birthday in January. Made a reso & told them we're flying in to spend my bday dinner at Café Ferreira & it was fabulous! They wished me a happy birthday & were so sweet. We started with the grilled sardines (so yummy, we always have them) & a glass of champagne! Them moved on to the fish filet of the day (never dissapoints it was amazing) with the perfect Portuguese wine recommended by our wait person. & she surprised us with a selection of miniature version of their most popular desserts, on the house & more birthday wishes. This is THE best seafood restaurant in Mtl...I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is chic yet not intimidating at all, the food is fabulous & the service is exceptional! Love the generous serving of perfectly cooked vegetables which accompany most dishes. Restaurant ambience is welcoming, & the music is great & not too loud. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed when I arrived to the restaurant & was greeted with our waitress, & she told us that "I heard you guys are celebrating your anniversary". This is the second time I am visiting this restaurant & they did not disappoint after the 5 year gap from my first visit. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Montreal. The food is fantastic & the service is impeccable.
