I am always satisfied & impressed after a meal at Embers! Great cocktails, menu where you want to try everything. Service always on point.
Accommodations made for dietary restrictions.
Music quiet in the background, so you can actually converse across a table!
I'm always there for team celebrations, so lunch on a Wednesday type thing, but I get the feeling this would be a fun 5 à 7 spot, on the patio in summer or the bar in winter. Great senses of humour 👌

We love this place. The atmosphere is wonderful & so is the service. We love sitting by the bar which is not our usual preference. Menu is great & everything else as well.

Belle ambiance assis au bar Rudy c'est très bien occupé de nous juste d'omage que vous lui demandier de charger 3$ extra pour une sauce de plus sur un steak a 67$ pour moi c'est une question de principe vendez votre steak 70$ & oublié l'extra😉

Nice place with a great atmosphere & friendly staff, kind of weird that there was no music playing or anything. Unfortunately the food portions & quality are mediocre at best.

We had a group of 10 people, 8 out of 10 were pretty upset with their food.

We started with Calamari, it was delicious, but the portion was so small, you can barely split it with 2 people.

The roast beef sandwich looks like it's off the childrens menu, it's about the size of a hot dog with nothing on it but meat & a pepper sauce, & they charge extra if you'd like cheese on it.

Same with the black cod, you get a childrens portion of fish on pile of noodles.

Seafood cesar was tasty but has some tooth breaking crunchy bits in it. Waitress said it was a dried bean?
Ruins the salad.

Steak was cooked properly, but was chewy.

Overall our group left feeling dissapointed, hungry & ripped off.

The service & food was amazing our server Colleen was fantastic & so nice. She knew everything about the menu which helped us a lot since my girlfriend is allergic to milk & beef. We had a wonderful time chatting with one of the owners Christine who is one of the sweetest people we've ever met. Such amazing staff. The bartender Rudy made the best Amaretto sours we've ever had & I can only imagine how good the other drinks are. Was a wonderful time & a great place to have a nice date. 100% coming back here & I'm sure this is one, if not our favourite restaurant in Hudson.

5 stars, 10 stars a million stars! Wow! It was our first time at Embers last night & I can't wait to go back. What a great experience. The staff, service & modern chic décor all get an A+. The food...omg the food is to die for! I had the beet salad as an appetizer & the filet mignon as an entree. The filet was so tender I barely had to use my knife to cut, the potatoes left you wanting more, the veggies were cooked to perfection with a little light crunch. The seasoning was on point & beyond. Paired with a class of their Cabernet Sauvignon it was magical. This is by far (in my opinion) the best restaurant in Hudson & I've been to the others in the village several times. I can't wait to discover more from their menu.
