Really delicious dinner & lovely service. I thoroughly enjoyed the fungi pizza which had a generous mix of mushrooms. The crust in general was just spectacular- hot, light, & fluffy. The salads were also overflowing & the kale cesare specifically had a nice tart punch. The roasted beet dish had a nuance that was elevated by the sesame nut mix sprinkled on top. We ended the night with a beautifully dark chocolate tart. I would recommend Elena to anyone in the area.
Après quelques visites forts agréables chez Elena au cours des dernières années, la dernière fut plutôt décevante. Les cocktails étaient très chers, la pizza moins bonne que dans mes souvenirs, mais ce qui a vraiment rendue mon expérience désagréable, c'est que c'était notre première visite avec un bébé. Nous avons réservé pour 17h, le plus tôt possible, & avons mentionné que nous aurions un bébé avec nous. En arrivant, nous avons demandé une chaise haute. On nous a répondu qu'il n'y en avait pas. J'aurais vraiment aimé qu'on m'avise lors de la réservation ou de la confirmation. J'ai dû manger froid, avec un bébé impatient sur les genoux. Ce serait si simple de mettre une ou deux chaises hautes a la disposition des parents. & franchement, si ça ne vous intéresse pas d'avoir des bébés, il suffit de le dire aux gens qui souhaitent vous visiter. Ils choisiront un autre établissement avec plaisir. Dommage!
we had the best meal of our lives at elena! the atmosphere was great, the service was perfect & our meal was amazing!! we had spaghetti, bread, anchovies & the margherita pizza. our drinks were also amazing! highly recommend this gem! we had been stalking elena for years & are so glad we made it there!

Super wonderful! Loved the kale Caesar & suppli - definitely the highlights of the meal. Pizza was fine a little light on the guanciale for being $26. The ragu was not what I expected a little brothy & a heavy olive oil taste but still quite good. Would definitely come back!
We just got our order delivered & only got half of the Industrie alla Pala (one box instead of 2), which is very frustrating. Last time we ordered from you the pasta dish was forgotten & we had to contact you then as well. We are calling the restaurant to get the second half of the pizza but no one is picking up (been 10 times since around 9:10pm). We would love to just get the second half of our pizza tonight. I've emailed you at the email address on your website but it says the domain cannot be found.
Love this restaurant. Always a go-to for me. Delicious food & wine & good service. I highly recommend this resto to everyone. Usually gets busy fast so make sure you get a reservation. The back is very cute & intimate- good for a date. I highly recommend the kale casear & the mushroom pizza. I don't recommend the anchovies (you get four tiny slithers for $16 & no bread- huge rip off in my opinion). Other than that everything is high quality & fairly priced.
Just sooo good! We ate in the "walk in" part of the resto & the vibe was still really nice, service was amazing & food came insanely fast. We ordered a pizza, the ragu & cannolis - everything was 10/10. I'm def returning for more!
Nice restaurant, some of the apps are a bit on the sour side. Natural wine list if you're into that. Pizza is good not great. Amatricana only had guanciale on two slices. Service is a bit odd, I think maybe our server didn't like us. Charged us $2 for a cup of hot water. Also didn't bring us the food we asked to take home. We had to get up to pay because our server disappeared.
I'm supposed to be on my diet but their pizza is so good that I still eat 2/3 of it. It may not be in the centre of the city but the food is definitely worth a trip

Loved the bar seatings. Didn’t feel loud. Best pizza in Sud-Ouest. Pasta pretty good too. Perfect drinks. Great wine list. Don’t skip dessert! Worth every penny. Service & attention was A+. Want to go back already.
Very good pizza! Love the ambience & vibe of the restaurant. Casual & cozy with great food & drinks. Very good spot for a date or for a small group of friends
Great food, great atmosphere. Really fun restaurant with delicious food in a not-uptight kind of place. Peppers were phenomenal & the mushroom pizza is something I would want as a last meal.
We visited Elena for a Saturday night dinner on a trip to Montreal from the US. This restaurant had an upscale vibe but the prices were quite reasonable. Bilingual staff were wonderful, quick to accommodate our party of six & to offer menu & wine recommendations.
The food was delicious, high quality, & expertly prepared & garnished. The pizzas are a bit larger than "personal sized" & we shared four between our group plus appetizers.
Excellent service, fantastic food, & great atmosphere. Highly recommended & we can't wait to return.
