This was best restaurant I had through my stay .if I can give it 10 stars I would . service was great the setting was amazing .the food was wonderful...fresh squeeze juice was fabulous...im going again tomorrow .no complaints.if you want breakfast or brunch this is the go too hands down ... only reasony bill was high because I'm extra but average is 20 $ person
Amazing food & customer service! Freshly squeezed juice. The best food I ate in Montreal!!! I was so full for over 8hrs! I'm going back in the morning for breakfast again lol.

Enjoyed an excellent breakfast here in April 2025. Our server, Beatriz, was pleasant, prompt & attentive, & helped us successfully navigate an impressive menu full of very tempting options. The'Eggstraordinary' plate was delicious, the portions generous, & the prices quite reasonable for the quality. Highly satisfied.
Update (Oct. 2025): Returned for more satisfying & tasty breakfasts (same order as before), along with great service from Ranjan!
We came for breakfast & loved it so much, we had to come back again. The staff is so friendly & kind. The atmosphere & ambiance is great. Rubel served us first time. We specifically asked for his section the 2nd time (see photo). Highly recommend!
Went to eggspectation with some friends from Sunday brunch. This was my first time but they had been there a couple of time & recommended it for our meal.
We orded their regular Poutine for the table as an entrée & it was a great start to our lunch.
Was looking to have a french toast breakfast but also wanted something savory, so ended up ordering the chicken🍗 & Waffels & requested that my waffles be substituted with french toast. They were very accommodating to this request.
That was one of the best breakfast🍳🍳 I have had. Just delicious😋😋😋 with a healthy helping of Canadian maple syrup.

I tried 2 breakfast in Eggspectation ,loved them so much .The foods were delicious & the drinks were so good,exactly what I needed to start my day .There was a guy named Poria who was so welcoming & kind, he really made the experience even better. Definitely a place I'll coming back
The serving staff are polite, considerate & friendly. Didn't have to wait to get a table. The washrooms/ toilets were clean & well stocked.
Their Menu was vast yet the food was delicious. Their smoothies were refreshing especially on a hot humid day. The serving staff would come & refill your water glasses with cold refreshing water voluntarily. Overall Nice place to have breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
The place & food are great, but the staff makes it the best. Ranjan went above & beyond to meet our needs with a perfect blind of exemplary service & space, as my friend & I had breakfast during an emotional time in our lives. He was graceful & accommodating.
Eggspectation - Maisonneuve offers a solid breakfast & brunch experience with a wide variety of menu items to choose from. The portions were decent & satisfying, though not overly large. While the prices could be a bit more competitive, they're still fair for the quality & atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite, well-dressed, & respectful, adding a professional yet friendly touch to the visit. The warm & welcoming environment made the overall experience very enjoyable. Definitely a great spot to start your day!
I tried the smoked salmon eggs Benedict & it was very good! My server Ahmed was attentive & helped me choose this option. He was spot on the rec & Eggspectation remains one of my fave breakfast spots in Montreal.
