French onion soup wasn't impressive, but the smoked meat was great. The meat platter had a lot of fries & some bread, I would have preferred less fries & more coleslaw.

Dunn's is Dunn's , historic & legendary . I was surprised the corned beef meat on the sandwich was very dry, so much so, I had to spread the mustard on heavily. I've had the sandwich before, many times, & never had this experience. Overall, a good feed at an iconic Montreal eatery....I'll go again for sure!!
Outstanding smoked meat sandwich 👌 I personally recommend getting it medium (vs lean) as the meat will just melt in your mouth 🤤 also, I didn't get the combo as an 8 oz sandwich is more than enough for everyday adults 😉 highly recommend to anyone looking for the real deal!

If you want to enjoy some authentic smoked meat, this is the place to go. Very tasty, friendly & fast service, reasonably priced. Popular with locals & visitors alike.
Very good service & the food was good also,
The only thing is the sitting places are bit tight.
We got a poutine general thao, smoked meat plate & onion soup it was very good.
