They serve over 30 different types of dosa. We tried the Chettinad lamb keema dosa, served with authentic South Indian sambar & chutney. Their fried rice & chicken Manchurian were equally good.
Best Indo Chinese food that I enjoyed after long time. Super yummy will definitely come again to enjoy it. Brought back India memories.
13 yrs in Canada , & I also get 😞 with the Indian Chinese options in Montreal. Good job dosa pointe.
The only place where I felt authentic south Indian taste… Sambar, chutneys, Idli & Wada just make you feel like you are in India
The minute we walked into Dosa Pointe, it felt like being back home in one of the busy Madras cafes. It's a lively & fun place that's always buzzing.
Even though the restaurant was totally packed when we got there, the service was amazing. The staff were super polite & quick to help us. We didn't wait long for anything, which was surprising considering how busy they were!
We ordered the Karampodi Ghee Masala Dosa, idly, & vadas. Every single thing was really good & tasted fresh. The flavors felt so authentic & delicious, just like the best food you'd find back home.
We had a great time & loved our dinner. We left feeling happy & full. If you want real South Indian food, you should definitely go here!

Absolutely amazing! The dosas here are fresh, crispy, & full of authentic South Indian flavor. The chutneys & sambar are perfectly seasoned, & the service is friendly & quick. The place is clean, cozy, & the prices are great for the quality. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I crave a good dosa -
Just amazing! By far the best South Indian restaurant I've been to. Authentic flavors, great service, & a must try for anyone craving delicious South Indian food. Highly recommend!
It is really worth to visit this place especially to try Sounth Indian dishes such as dosa , idli, lassi. They have different varieties in dosa. Even some basic options in drinks. If you are going montreal, you should go here. One more thing, best choice for vegetarian lovers.
Authentic South Indian food in Montreal! The dosas were crisp, flavorful, & paired perfectly with chutneys & sambar. A must-visit for dosa lovers - truly one of the best spots for South Indian cuisine in the city.
We visited this place during our trip to Montreal. I will say this is just amazing restaurant that will give you authentic South Indian taste. Podi masala was out of this world. Every chutney served with dosa was great & Sambhar, i just lack words to describe how good it was. I have not had this good food since very long time. This is a must visit. Worth driving long hrs just for food.
Worth visiting to enjoy excellent South Indian food. The restaurant offers no-nonsense Authentic South Indian gastronomic experience. The servings are good size & filling served hot with appropriate mix of spices & the chutney are amazing addition. Reasonable prices menu.
Dosa Pointe is an excellent place to eat incredible dosas. After having spent weeks in South India, this place remains the best Dosa I've had!
Staff is kind & quick, the crunchyness of the dosa is perfect, the size is huge, the fillings, the chutneys, the sambar were excellent!
Can't recommend it enough. For non Indians, look up how to eat a dosa with your right hand to not feel uneasy when arriving there & receiving your big dosa on your table 😂
Best South Indian food that I tried in Montreal.
Quality & quantity of the dosa's are the best.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! We ordered the lacha paratha with butter paneer, & it was absolutely delicious. The paratha was flaky & perfectly layered, & the butter paneer was rich, creamy, & full of flavor - just the right amount of spice & sweetness.
We also tried their noodles, & they were a pleasant surprise! Perfectly cooked, nicely seasoned, & had that classic Indo-Chinese kick we love. It's great to find a place that excels in both North Indian & Indo-Chinese dishes.
The staff was friendly & attentive, & the overall atmosphere was clean & welcoming. A must-visit if you're craving comforting Indian food with a side of flavorful Chinese dishes. Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An absolute gem for both South Indian & Indo-Chinese cuisine! The dosas here are some of the best I've ever had - perfectly crispy, generously filled, & served with flavorful chutneys & piping hot sambar. We tried the masala dosa & Mysore dosa, & both were outstanding.
What really surprised us was how good their Chinese food was too! The chilli paneer & hakka noodles were bursting with flavor - just the right amount of spice & perfectly cooked. It's rare to find a place that does both cuisines so well.
The service was friendly, the portions generous, & the restaurant was clean & comfortable. Whether you're in the mood for traditional South Indian or spicy Indo-Chinese, this place delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!
It was a wonderful experience to dine in this restaurant as it serves the best South Indian cuisine
Food is amazing & a must place to visit to enjoy indian cuisines in whole canada. If anyone planning to visit montreal, add a stop here.
For sure !!Best South Indian food in whole canada
This could be pakka place to visit if anyone come to Montreal!!
I bet everyone will satisfy with food
The food was amazing. However, my friends & I had a poor dining experience. The restaurant is super busy during weekends, & there are long lines before you're being seated. Once we were seated, the waiters were very impatient & kept asking us to place the order immediately. The moment we finished our food, we were kind of kicked out. The manager approached us & said'can you please empty your table as we have more people outside', which is understandable but we hadn't even finished our food & they were ready to take away the dishes. They were extremely rude in the way they asked us to leave.
Additionally, the prices are very high for no reason. I have been to better indian restaurants in downtown (for example, Bawarchi) that have more reasonable pricing.
Awesome dosas at reasonable price.
Will bring out the Indian memories 👌👌👌
