The food was absolutely delicious & well worth the visit. While the kitchen was a bit slow, the waitstaff provided excellent service & handled the delay professionally; we understand that kitchen timing is often out of their control. However, our experience at the front counter was disappointing. The professionalism at the register did not match the high quality of the food or the floor service, & we hope to see more courteous interactions in the future.
One of our favourite restaurants ever. Dosa is perfect. Veg noodles, chicken 65, Gobi Manchurian are all delicious options too. Idli & vada are absolutely the best at dosa point--chutneys & sambar are so tasty. The staff are very very friendly & warm. I love you dosa Pointe.

We ordered one achari masala dosa, one veg noodles, & two rose lassis. The lassi arrived first, followed by the dosa-but the veg noodles never came at all. We were two people dining together, & only one of us got their meal while the other kept waiting.
We didn't follow up immediately because this has happened 3-4 times before, & we've always tried to be understanding since restaurants can get busy. However, this time it wasn't even crowded, & still there was no check-in from the staff or acknowledgment of the missing order.
One thing I've consistently noticed is that this issue seems to happen whenever we order Indo-Chinese items. If that section of the menu cannot be managed properly, it might be better not to take those orders instead of leaving customers waiting indefinitely.
The food we did receive was good, but the service really needs improvement. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
The best doses in town! Coming from south India, I have found a place which serves the most authentic & tasty doses, vadas & idly that satisfies all my cravings away from home!
They also have the classic indo Chinese street style food that will leave you wanting for more. A family & freinds favorite restaurant, friendly service & awesome food! A must try restaurant in montreal for all dose lovers!

Wow had been here yesterday with my family. Never had this good Andhra chicken curry & parotta even when I worked in Andhra. Hakka cuisine is to die for. Starters to noodles to Veg Manchurian everything is top notch. Will sure make this restaurant my family's go to place
Best in town in terms of quality, freshness, price, quantity & customer service. A crowd favorite for more than a decade, this gem is an absolute treat to all connoisseurs of delectable food. Highly recommend!
I recently visited this restaurant in Montreal & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor & did not taste fresh at all. It was far below the basic standards I expected. I was really surprised because I chose this place hoping to have a good meal, but instead it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I've had.
What made the situation even worse was the response from the owner. When I politely informed him about the issue with the food, he showed no concern & didn't even try to address the problem. A simple apology or effort to fix the situation would have made a difference, but there was none. Because of both the poor food & the lack of customer service, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very bad experience. The customer service was extremely poor. I shared our concerns with the owner, but he did not seem to care at all. They really need to improve their attitude & how they treat customers.
One of the best restaurant with very friendly staff & of course excellent food, starters & drinks. I had their special starters with my friends. Highly recommend this place for all visitors.
The food was okay, but the customer service was very poor. I noticed the owner sitting at the front, & when I shared my feedback, he seemed completely uninterested & didn't care about what I had to say.
We were a group of 11 people, yet we were given only one glass of water, when at least three would have been reasonable for a table of that size. It felt like the staff did not value their customers.
Overall, the food was very below average, & the service made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone around me.
