Dorsia offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante, avec un service attentif et une cuisine de haute qualité. Au fil des visites, l'ambiance oscille entre élégance et modernité, avec une mise en scène soignée, des plats inventifs et un programme de vins étoffé. Les convives louent une cuisson précise, des accords réfléchis et un menu qui mêle influences françaises et italiennes avec des produits locaux. Bien que les expériences soient globalement excellentes, certaines remarques mentionnent des délais d'attente plus longs, des foules près d'heures d'affluence et un rythme variable lors des soirs chargés. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience culinaire est décrite comme spéciale et mémorable, faisant de Dorsia une adresse majeure à Montréal et une destination probable pour les célébrations.
Il était intéressant aller à la restaurant de'Américain psycho' en réalité, mais actuellement c'est un de les mieux.
La steak tartare était délicieuse, la poisson avec risotto mmm, la pomme caramel beau. Cette endroit est sur la guide Michelin, & je pense Il pourrait gagner un étoile.
That was a 5 stars experience to me & my friend. We had two drinks, both very good.
We both had steak tartare for starter (hands down the best tartare I've ever had) which was a pretty decent portion. Then we had two plates of pasta: I purposely picked the simplest one: paccheri with tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, pepper & basil, so you can really tell the quality of the ingredients. It was heavenly, the paccheri were cooked to perfection. My friend had a more elaborate pasta (can't remember now) & it was ridiculously good. We had dessert & the bill was 230$, plus I left 22% tip because the staff was amazing: very attentive & professional without being too stiff as you see in some places that confuse'high-end experience' with bloated stiffness & too much form. We felt pampered & looked after, just great. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is also beautifully balanced: we got greeted by a really lovely girl who made us feel immediately at home, & took our coats. The interior design is classy & elegant (& I mean elegant, not douchy-bro-gold-chain'elegant'), soft lights & a pleasant crowd on the younger side. I'm taking my girlfriend next week, absolutely loved it. Definitely came for the name (I love the movie) but stayed for the quality of the food & staff. Thank you guys!

We had an amazing overall dining experience at Dorsia tonight. Did the 4 course tasting menu, all of the dishes were fantastic, the decor is beautiful, & service here was flawless. This truly is a special restaurant to visit for a special occasion, we were blown away tonight & would highly recommend it here!
Phenomenal experience at Dorsia!. While it was a pre-set menu for valentine's day, it did not disappoint. The highlight however, is the attentive staff, be it the servers, hostesses or mixologist, they all distinguished themesleves with their care & attention to detail. Special shout-out to Sebastien at the bar, who was incredibly attentive & knowledgeable- made our experience memorable.
Excellent experience from start to finish! The food was delicious, Guillaume's service was attentive & professional, the vibe was great, & the cocktails were amazing. We highly recommend the Pornstar 🍸

I will leave my original review up so you can understand why we returned. My first experience was so positive that I gathered some friends to return & what a disappointment. From the moment we arrived it was a terrible, terrible experience.From the way we were poorly greeted, to all dishes being barely warm, & pretty bland, it was like a totally different restaurant. Yet the price was super steep so for that reason I would no longer recommend Dorsia. We did share with management our genuine disappointment so hopefully they can level back up .. in the meantime, there are too many other amazing places to eat in Montreal!
An incredible evening & meal! This restaurant delivers on all fronts, chic ambiance, attentive staff, superb cocktails (especially the limencello martini), & incredible food! Not a surprise that they are en route to a Michelin Star. Well deserved!
Très mauvaise expérience! Dommage, car plats bien faits & bien présentés, mais le service a arrêté au milieu du repas. Un tel manque de service à terni le repas en entier.
Great meal at Dorsia. Love the environment & the service is really good my only suggestion is to be faster coming around to ask if guests want their bill, we waited a loong time for ours.

What a disappointment, we tried Dorsia yesterday & all I can think about is how did they end up with a Michelin recommendation. Just to be clear, the food was not awful but not worth the price either. The beef tartare was blend clearly missed seasoning, the cavatelli pasta were way too simple & the star of the night: the filet mignon I wish I took a picture, but basically all they cared about was the presentation so it seemed like the steak was not even left to temper which made it super dry. I'd rather have blood in my plate than a dry steak. Also there was a tiny bit of sauce that just dried on the plate you could nit even scrape it off.
As for the service it was fine, however it seemed like the staff were not communicating to each other, 3 times in the night someone came to take a drink order & 2 minutes later somebody else would come to ask again if we wanted something to drink. Is it a big deal? Of course not but not to the level of a Michelin recommendation.
The restaurant is really beautiful & the ambiance is nice, but honestly for this price point there are much better restaurants in the city.
Toute une expérience ! Le service est impeccable du début à la fin. La cuisine, que l'on peut qualifier de gastronomique, est savoureuse & les portions sont étonnamment généreuses. J'en ai été agréablement surprise. Je recommande sans hésiter ! Je suggère vivement de réserver avant de vous déplace
