It was the perfect amount of experimental but flavourful, they didn't have any crazy odd food pairings, so its safe for people who don't have an adventurous palette, but also has some interesting dishes to try if you're daring.
french & italian-influenced dishes with quebec sourced ingredients! perfect attentive service, chic ambiance, & the best bucatini & whole butterfly bass I've ever eaten 💛 the entire experience was chef's kiss! my favorites were:
•bucatini
•lobster ravioli
•caesar
•butterfly whole bass
•roasted mushroom ragout
Dorsia was recommended to us by a bartender at our hotel & we will definitely return.
From the service to the food, Dorsia really surprised us. Everything we ordered was fresh, tasty & exciting. Service was top notch. From the knowledge of the dishes to the recommendations of wines. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend trying this place before it becomes impossible to get a reservation.
The best dining experience during my trip to Montreal. Exclusive dishes from the chef & their exceptional service made me leave a comment & recommend this place to those who want to spend quality time & taste top notch food.
I'm a tourist in Montreal, was searching for the perfect spot to eat & I got lots of recommendations about Dorsia. But to be honest, Filet Mignon was the only thing I really enjoyed, It was just beyond everything . Dorsia positioned itself as a fine dining restaurant, but I didn't feel it. Usually you expect someone to explain you the dishes & exclusive ingredients that make the dish to taste in a unique way. Unfortunately I didn't get any explanations at all:( As for tartare it was just average & Agnolotti were way too oily for me. Unfortunately neither service nor food left a special impression. Just an expensive place without the soul. Wouldn't come back or recommend Dorsia to someone who is looking to taste & feel real Montreal
I recently visited this restaurant & found the food enjoyable & the ambience quite charming. However, the service was unfortunately below par. Even something as straightforward as ordering a bottle of wine took far longer than expected, & both our main course & desserts were similarly delayed. Despite the appealing atmosphere & well-prepared dishes, the drawn-out wait times significantly impacted the overall dining experience. I hope the restaurant addresses these service issues soon, as it has the potential to be an exceptional place if the service is improved.
Came for a belated birthday dinner & was completely blown away. The dishes were incredible.
Seasonal ingredients, simple yet nicely balanced dishes.Great cocktails. Service & decor simply top- notch. Go to for your business & special events. They'll go above & beyond to give you the best experience possible.
