My girlfriend & I just came to Dorsia for her birthday & WOW is all we have to say. It is very rare that we find a restoraunt that is worth the price that you pay. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth every penny? ABSOLUTELY!!!! we cannot wait to come back, absolutely amazing food in every course, the wine was phenomenal, the decor of the restoraunt was outstanding & the service was second to none. Coralie was amazing & I praise her service. This place is a must if youre a foodie looking for something new & exciting in the city.

Tout était très bon, les plats sont généreux, le service était très agréable & attentionné. Mon seul bémol est le volume sonore.

We had an excellent time at this restaurant. Fine dining & flavoured food, every dish was a real pleasure. The welcome was warm, & the service was impeccable from start to finish. A wonderful dining experience, we will definitely be back!

Le personnel est très chaleureux ! De la succulente Rihanna à Lucas, Laurent & j'en oubli ! Très beau & bon travail en cuisine ; la volaille est un must ! J'ai eu la chance d'être avec Guillaume; ce serveur hors pair qui m'a acceuilli en grand comme si je faisais parti de la famille. Choix de vin judicieux par Laurent. C'était impeccable. Longue vie à Dorsia ! Cheers from Trois-Rivières ; qui n'est pas si loin de MtL soit dit en passant

We had a lovely time at Dorsia! Every item on the menu is prepared with such care, & the front-of-house team was professional & friendly. Worth a Michelin star in my book!

The only positive was the food. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by numerous service mistakes. We constantly had to look for our waiter: for water, for proper service of the fish, & even to get the bills right. Overall, the lack of attention & repeated errors made the visit very disappointing.

Franchement, Dorsia, c'est beaucoup de fla-fla pour absolument rien. Un resto qui se prend pour un autre, mais qui n'arrive même pas à livrer le minimum. Le décor essaie d'être chic, mais ça sonne faux, presque prétentieux, comme si on voulait impressionner sans avoir le talent pour suivre.
Le service? Lent, froid & arrogant. On a l'impression que le personnel nous fait une faveur juste en prenant la commande. Aucun sourire, aucune attention, zéro chaleur humaine. À Montréal, on est habitués à mieux que ça.
La bouffe est overpriced & fade. Des assiettes jolies pour Instagram, mais sans âme ni saveur. Portions ridicules, goûts plats, rien qui justifie les prix complètement exagérés. On sort de là en se demandant sérieusement où est passé l'argent.
En résumé, Dorsia, c'est une grosse déception : trop cher, trop prétentieux, pas assez bon. Montréal regorge de vrais bons restos - celui-là n'en fait clairement pas partie. Je ne recommande pas, & je n'y retournerai certainement pas.

Quelle belle soirée au Dorsia. La nourriture était excellente, nous avons pris le canard & le pavé en plat principal, délicieux! Ophélie, notre serveuse, nous a conseillé des fromages & des digestifs pour terminer le repas, excellente recommandation! Elle était si attentionnée & gentille, elle a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme & savait répondre à toute nos questions sur le menu. Un restaurant à essayer dès que possible!

We came here for my girlfriend's birthday & from the moment we sat down it was an amazing night. Florence gave us amazing service, recommendations, everything. The food was delicious & the drinks hit the spot. Florence made the whole night extremely smooth & memorable. Would definitely come back, especially for special occasions.

I went to eat there expecting alot since it is a michelin Recommendation & yet they impressed me! I will definitively go back & eat again. Food was amazing, staff amazing, & cocktails just perfect.

Following a viewing of the film'American Psycho,' I was fortunate enough to secure a reservation at Dorsia last night. The evening was made truly exceptional by the impeccable service provided by Lucas, Florence, & Mathias, who ensured a remarkable dining experience. The culinary offerings were outstanding. We commenced our meal with the grilled octopus, an excellent appetizer. For the main course, I selected the Paccheri pasta, while my friend enjoyed the duck crown à l'orange. Both dishes were prepared to perfection & entirely delicious.
The restaurant's ambiance was equally impressive; the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The combination of exceptional service, delicious food, & a beautiful setting makes Dorsia a standout establishment. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Nous avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle dans ce restaurant ! La nourriture était absolument délicieuse du début à la fin - tout ce que nous avons mangé était vraiment excellent.
Le service était impeccable. Nous avons eu la chance d'être servis par Guillaume, & honnêtement, si vous réservez, demandez-le sans hésiter. C'est un serveur extraordinaire : professionnel, attentif, super sympathique & il connaît le menu par coeur. Il nous a parfaitement guidés dans nos choix de repas & de boissons. Wow, vraiment un service hors pair !
Nous étions là pour un souper d'équipe de travail & tout le monde a adoré : le menu, le service, l'ambiance & même la beauté du restaurant. C'est splendide, chaleureux & parfaitement exécuté.
Je vous le conseille à 100 %. Une expérience impeccable du début à la fin !

I recently had dinner at Dorsia in Montreal & was genuinely impressed. We ordered the octopus & the steak, & both dishes were absolutely delicious with surprisingly generous portions. Yes, it's expensive, but you definitely get your money's worth. The atmosphere & décor were stylish & inviting, but what truly made the evening exceptional was the service. Our waitress, Florence, went above & beyond. She was attentive, friendly, & incredibly knowledgeable, elevating the entire experience. I will definitely be back.

I went to Dorsia with the expectation of an elegant experience... & honestly, I left completely disappointed.
For starters, the place is beautiful, yes, but the service was slow & pretentious. It seemed that the waiters were more focused on showing off than on attending. They took a long time to bring even the water, & anything you asked for seemed to be annoying.
Food does not justify exaggerated prices at all. I ordered homemade pasta & arrived warm, tasteless, as if she had been left resting for too long. The duck dish - which is supposed to be one of its forts - was dry & unfunny. Honestly, I have eaten much better in many simpler restaurants.
The expensive cocktails for what they are, & the atmosphere is too noisy for a place that is supposed to'fine dining.'.
In summary:

Slow service & not attentive.
Unflavored dishes & warm served.
Prices totally disproportionate to quality.
Noisy & uncomfortable environment.
Lots of appearance, little substance.
Because of the price & fame, I was expecting something memorable... & the only memorable thing was disappointment.
