Ordered this custom cake for my bday & the process from start to finish was swift & easy. Flavour was dolci piu & as someone who doesnt like cake it was perfect, not too sweet, light & nutty!
Disappointing experience. I ordered a trio & was charged for three separate items. No one mentioned my beverage was excluded until after I paid & went back to ask. The young girl who served me had an attitude throughout & didn't apologize when I raised the issue.
Delicious Cannolis!!
My only problem is I ordered 8 cannolis :
- 4 small & 2 regular original cannolis
- 1 chocolate & 1 pistachio
But I only received 6 even though I was told to wait for a while & I did wait long because they're preparing my order.
The box was given to me sealed so I wasn't able to check because I have to commute to go home.
This is the 2nd time it happened so I am kind of disappointed.
I bought a latte cold coffee they definitely need to check their dairy products it was disgusting the milk was spoiled. Also to mention it is a pastry that definitely has no professionalism , the employees all have attitude, they are very rude IF YOU WANT YOUR WORST EXPERIENCE COME TO THIS PASTRY !!!
We ordered a baptism cake for our daughter & couldn't be happier with the experience. The design was exactly what we had envisioned. Absolutely beautiful & the taste exceeded all expectations. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was!
The entire process, from ordering to pickup, was seamless & very professional. We highly recommend & will definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely disgusted! Since time was thin I thought it would be nice to get a cake made for my mother's birthday. But I guess quality wasn't in the room that day. I had specifically requested for a small message to be written on the top, there was nothing. The lovely girl at the cash went & wrote something on a sugar plaque...but this is ridiculous.
I let the woman on the phone convince me to put a crumble on top of the cake instead of sprinkles. What I got was a thin red powdering dusted on top. The decoration was also horrendously botched. I guess that day must've been being the kids to work day because this is the only reason a cake would look like this.
The manager was also very coincidentally not able to be contacted this afternoon.
I will absolutely never be recommending this place to anyone. TOTAL rip off!!

This place has everything, I mean if you love patisserie & viennoiseries. They also have like a bouffé pour le dinner & souper. Coffee & croissant were ok. The place is also cute with nice decoration.
