Vraiment déçue de leur service. Mon a commandé un cadeau pour son anniversaire & c Sabrina qui s'en est occupé, hier il est allé le chercher goût vanille aux pistaches croquantes.
Ça lui est coûté 80$ mais loin d'être présentable ou mangeable, trop de sucre & aucun goût.Ils méritent pas même une étoile

Je suis déjà venu il y a longtemps, j'avais un super service & les gâteaux étaient excellents.
Les gâteaux sont toujours excellents & de qualités par contre le service n'est pas le même.
C'est correct sans plus, on semble déranger les employés.

The best staff, the best cake & the best packaging!

10/10 for how moist, fluffy, & fresh our Raspberry Chocolate & Red Velvet cake was! 🎂 Every bite was absolutely delicious & tasted freshly made. If you're in Montreal & looking for a cake for a special occasion, this is hands down the bakery I'd trust with my most important celebrations. Highly recommend!

I usually don't like leaving negative reviews, especially for small businesses, because I know they can have a real impact. However, after multiple disappointing experiences, I've reached the point where I think I should share mine.

I suspect I might have been overcharged on several occasions. I usually order roughly the same items with only minor variations, yet the total can differ significantly from one visit to the next. Unfortunately, it's impossible to verify because there are no prices displayed for pastries, biscuits, salads, & many other items. That lack of transparency is frustrating & makes it difficult to question the bill with confidence.

The customer service has also been consistently disappointing. Some of the female employees come across as dismissive & unfriendly. They act like they're royal family members forced to deal with the plebs. With all due respect, I don't want to see their attitude & mood the same way as they don't want to see mine, right? When a customer is smiling, polite, & respectful, it's reasonable to expect basic courtesy in return-not to be treated as though they're an inconvenience. Everyone has bad days, but this has happened often enough that it feels like the norm rather than the exception.

The pastries are good, which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of fewer. Unfortunately, good products can't make up for poor customer service. Some of the staff should receive customer service training because a little politeness goes a long way. There have been quite a few reviews regarding poor customer service & it seems the issue still has not been addressed.

Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Je fréquente depuis longtemps Dolce Più & j'ai à coeur la bonne réputation mais en ce 10 août 2026, les préposés à l'accueil aucun sourire, café froid, bagel avec fromage à la crème une très très très mince couche, l'attente était tellement longue que les clients quittaient.
Dommage pour Dolce Più.

My wedding cake was made by Dolcipiu, & it was absolutely magical! Not only was it stunning, but it tasted incredible as well. I couldn't have been happier with their work. I highly recommend them to any future bride & groom!

Vraiment aucun sens du service à la clientèle. J'attendais devant la caisse pour être servi : ni bonjour, ni'comment ça va?', aucun signe de courtoisie. Ils ont servi deux clients arrivés après moi sans même demander qui est le suivant. Je suis sorti furieux - j'aurais pu demander : « Est?ce que je suis invisible? »

Quatre employés pour trois clients… quel est le ratio nécessaire pour être servi convenablement à 10 h 40, dimanche 26 juillet?
