My wedding cake was made by Dolcipiu, & it was absolutely magical! Not only was it stunning, but it tasted incredible as well. I couldn't have been happier with their work. I highly recommend them to any future bride & groom!
Vraiment aucun sens du service à la clientèle. J'attendais devant la caisse pour être servi : ni bonjour, ni'comment ça va?', aucun signe de courtoisie. Ils ont servi deux clients arrivés après moi sans même demander qui est le suivant. Je suis sorti furieux - j'aurais pu demander : « Est?ce que je suis invisible? »
Quatre employés pour trois clients… quel est le ratio nécessaire pour être servi convenablement à 10 h 40, dimanche 26 juillet?
I ordered a birthday cake for 10 people & sent them a photo that I wanted printed on it. I was told they would make a larger cake for 12 people so the photo would fit properly on a rectangular cake. Based on that, I trusted they knew what they were doing.
Instead, I ended up with this sorry looking cake, which looked nothing like what I was expecting. The photo was poorly placed, the presentation was disappointing, & the overall finish looked rushed.
For $60, I honestly expected much better. I genuinely feel like I got scammed. The final product was nowhere near what was promised or what I paid for. Just have a look at the photo I attached & judge for yourself.

We've been buying cupcakes from Dolci Piu for the past few years, & the kids absolutely love them. This year, we also ordered our daughter's anniversary cake from them, & it turned out absolutely beautiful & delicious.
I placed the order over the phone with Sabrina, & she was efficient & helpful.
I had an amazing experience ordering a birthday cake! The cake was absolutely delicious, & the design was even better than I expected, it exceeded all my expectations. The service was outstanding from start to finish, especially Shana, who was incredibly helpful, kind, & professional. She made the whole process so easy & enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful & delicious cake with exceptional customer service!
I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I used to visit regularly, the previous staff were always welcoming & friendly.
Unfortunately, my experience today was very different. According to my receipt, I was served by Julia. While I was simply asking for clarification about the name of a cake because the display label appeared to be misplaced, I felt that my questions were met with an unfriendly & dismissive attitude, which made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. A little patience & kindness would have made a big difference.
As I was leaving, another employee, who I believe may have been the manager, smiled at me. I wanted to mention my experience but was in a rush & didn't have the opportunity.
After reading other reviews describing similar experiences with customer service, it's disappointing to see that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I sincerely hope the store takes customer service more seriously, as it has always been one of the reasons I enjoyed coming here. Sadly, after this experience, I don't plan on returning.
Great pastries, but the coffee is a major issue. While the baked goods are excellent, the espresso-based drinks consistently lack flavour & taste very diluted. My last visit was particularly disappointing. I wanted an iced Americano, but the staff told me they do not serve any iced drinks because they don't carry ice. Instead, they told me their only cold option was a machine-made iced cappuccino, which the employee assured me was'really good' & made with real espresso.
I ordered a large, but the cup arrived only half full, pale, & at room temperature. It tasted entirely like artificial, sweet milk with zero coffee flavour. I brought it back to the counter to explain it wasn't what I expected & was only half full. The barista pumped in more coffee syrup, which did nothing to fix the temperature or the half-empty cup. Paying over $6 for two sips of unappetizing sweet room temperature milk was a total rip-off. It wasn't made with real espresso like what I was told. I recommend sticking to the pastries. Avoid the coffee beverages.
