Stir fry beef & the noodles were amazing, it's a family owned restaurant, the decorations & atmosphere is lovely & authentic Uyghur, i would recommend it although the prices are a little high, it is worth it & the meat is halal

Very lovely place. Food is delicious, service on top level, perfectly clean. Guys admitted us half hour before closing & served food very quickly. Eastern design, 100% recommend.
What a wonderful experience. From begining until end Every single dish we ate was an experience. I highly recommend the lamb shank with cumin & salt! Wishing you & your entire family continues success.
If you're looking for something truly special, look no further than Atlas Uyghur Restaurant. This place delivers a culinary experience that is generous, soulful, & packed with flavour. I've been four times in just one month & I already know I'll be back again very soon.
The food is simply delicious. Every single dish is seasoned with care & clearly made by someone who knows exactly what they're doing. It's authentic, it's hearty, & it feels like it's coming straight from someone's home kitchen. There's nothing pretentious about it, just bold, comforting, & satisfying food.
The dumplings are incredibly generous. The lamb with rice pilaf is tender & rich in flavour. & the handmade noodles in the spicy sauce, I think it was with lamb, are honestly to die for. Everything is spiced to perfection & full of balance. I would recommend every single item on the menu without hesitation.
The atmosphere is charming. The space is cute & has this blend of Chinese & Arabic design that feels warm & unique. It's a family-run place & you can feel that in the service, in the way the dishes are plated, & in the overall energy. There's so much heart behind it.
It can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area, but it's worth the trip every time. There's plenty of parking & once you arrive, you'll be glad you came. The prices are also incredibly reasonable given the portions & quality.
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Atlas Uyghur is the kind of place that deserves to be known & celebrated. It's the kind of restaurant that reminds you why you love food.
The food here is delicious. If you want a delightful culinary experience, look no further than this family-run joint. The dishes we had were spiced to perfection & full of heart; I highly recommend the pearl laghman, manta, samsa, unche laghman, & if you're looking for something a little milder yet hearty, get the pilov. We will definitely return to try more dishes soon!
Best noodles I've had! They have parking & the service is friendly. My GF is from Xinjiang & says their food is very authentic & close to the real thing. 100% would recommend

I had a fantastic experience at Atlas! The restaurant serves delicious Ugur food, full of rich flavors & authentic taste. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Mohamed-he was incredibly friendly, attentive, & made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to try something unique & flavorful!

First time trying Uyghur cuisine & it was delicious! I strongly recommend the naan, the Qorma chicken, the dumplings & the lamb shank. It's a family owned restaurant & the service was amazing. The ambience was great too! Will definitely revisit it.
Best Uyghur food ever had in Montreal!
Lamb & fried rice are amazing! Bean jelly is awesome! Hand made yoghurt is specially recommended!
