I recently discovered Atlas in in Montreal, & I was truly impressed! This is a family-run restaurant that delivers an authentic dining experience with incredible attention to detail.
The food is absolutely delicious-freshly prepared with care & passion, & the quality is on par with any exceptional restaurant I've visited. Every dish is bursting with flavor & clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
What makes Atlas stand out is the warm, welcoming atmosphere & the sense of authenticity in every bite. While I'm used to frequenting upscale & fancy restaurants, Atlas offers something even better: gourmet-level cuisine in a cozy, family-run setting.
If you're looking for a place that combines authentic flavors, exceptional quality, & genuine hospitality, I highly recommend Atlas. It's a hidden gem that truly deserves to be discovered!Voir plus
Atlas Uyghur is a hidden jewel: the food is excellent, the people are amazing, as well as the service.
My wife & I absolutely recommend it.

We came to Atlas Uyghur Restaurant on a Sunday for dinner. We arrived at 5:30 & ordered a Big Plate Chicken (large size), Lamb Qordak (large size), Lamb kebab (×2) & a Pilov all for takeout. The food took them a really long time to prepare. We were told 30 mins but even after 40 mins we checked in & it wasn't ready at 45 mins. Therefore, I recommend for takeout order from home ahead of time, & then come to pick up.
The food was absolutely delicious! The Lamb Qordak & Lamb Kebabs were our favourites. The Qordak was tender, slow-cooked lamb in a delicious curry that practically melted in our mouths. The stewed vegetables, too, were soft, savory, & soaking up all the luscious flavors from the curry base. This dish came with the Uyghur version of naan which was so tasty! The bread was soft & fluffy & it had nuts in it! The crunch kinda surprised us at first. The Lamb Kebabs were perfectly grilled, but yet the meat was juicy inside. Every bite was deeply satisfying.
We also loved the Pilov (forgot to take a picture), that reminded us of Indian & Pakistani pulao. It had a similar mix of fluffy rice, spices, & tender meat, all blended into a dish that was both hearty & mildly spicy.
The restaurant was decorated beautifully too & they had music playing in the background which was nice. We would definitely return, but we would dine in next time or order ahead of time.Voir plus
My second time trying Uyghur food & I had a great experience! My friends & I had the Atlas Uyghur Laghman, Petir Manta, Samsa, Lamb Qordak & Lamb Kebabs, My favorite was definitely the Petir Mantas, they were juicy & flavorful & is packed with flavors, a combination of beef & lamb that is incredible. The naan that comes with the qordak paired perfectly with the sayce as well, making you full for a long time for a great price!Voir plus
Amazing Uyghur food in this family restaurant.
First, service by Mohammed was wonderful. He was kind, patient, attentive even while having many other tables, & explained the menu to us. Second, food that was heartfelt & tasty. Atlas Laghman noodles are homemade & so chewy! Lamb skewers perfectly spiced & grilled. The lamb soup was rich & hearty. We never had saffron tea before. It was a light tea that made you feel like you were glowing a golden hue after drinking it. Third interior decor & music was welcoming. Come check out this restaurant for a great experience!Voir plus
Second time trying Uyghur food so I figured I'd give Atlas in Brossard a go. Grabbed the dry stir-fried noodles, samsa, & tripe salad for takeout. Very nice people, looks like a local family business.
The noodles were decent - not bad, just a bit too oily for me. Flavour was there, but light on meat. Kinda felt like it had potential but didn't fully land.
Samsa was the best part. Flaky, crisp, & packed - no notes. Would def get that again.
The tripe salad didn't taste the cleanest. Not awful but not exactly something I'd crave again. Just felt kinda meh.
Wouldn't write the place off - maybe I just picked the wrong dishes. I'd go back & try something else for sure.Voir plus
If you're looking for something truly special, look no further than Atlas Uyghur Restaurant. This place delivers a culinary experience that is generous, soulful, & packed with flavour. I've been four times in just one month & I already know I'll be back again very soon.
The food is simply delicious. Every single dish is seasoned with care & clearly made by someone who knows exactly what they're doing. It's authentic, it's hearty, & it feels like it's coming straight from someone's home kitchen. There's nothing pretentious about it, just bold, comforting, & satisfying food.
The dumplings are incredibly generous. The lamb with rice pilaf is tender & rich in flavour. & the handmade noodles in the spicy sauce, I think it was with lamb, are honestly to die for. Everything is spiced to perfection & full of balance. I would recommend every single item on the menu without hesitation.
The atmosphere is charming. The space is cute & has this blend of Chinese & Arabic design that feels warm & unique. It's a family-run place & you can feel that in the service, in the way the dishes are plated, & in the overall energy. There's so much heart behind it.
It can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area, but it's worth the trip every time. There's plenty of parking & once you arrive, you'll be glad you came. The prices are also incredibly reasonable given the portions & quality.
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Atlas Uyghur is the kind of place that deserves to be known & celebrated. It's the kind of restaurant that reminds you why you love food.

I had a fantastic experience at Atlas! The restaurant serves delicious Ugur food, full of rich flavors & authentic taste. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to try something unique & flavorful!Voir plus
Atlas Uyghur est incroyable!! This restaurant is so good. We had the Petit Manta (beef & lamb dumpling with an amazing slightly spicy & oh so flavorful dipping sauce), the lamb soup, & the lamb & naan stew - basically « lamb three ways », yet every dish felt new & exciting. Looking forward to come back & try other dishes.
