We stumbled upon this former bank building which is now the Crew Cafe. Naturally on a Saturday they were packed but we luckily got a seat (first come, first served). I ordered a London Fog Latte & it was pretty good but not very hot. We don't order food but they do serve sandwiches & alcoholic drinks. This is a very touristy spot & if you are visiting Montreal I would totally recommend you check it out!!!

Such a cool coffee shop - hands down one of my favorite stops in Montreal. It's built inside an old Royal Bank building, & the atmosphere is just unreal. Gorgeous space, tons of seating, & even private rooms if you want to study or work quietly.
The coffee was great, the vibe was amazing, & there's plenty of room to settle in without feeling rushed. I honestly couldn't get enough of this place - I wanted to stay all day.
If you're in Montreal, this is a must-visit. Beautiful setting, awesome energy, & a perfect spot to relax, work, or just soak it all in. ☕✨
There's options of nutty & fruity. But was not being offered by the staff about the options & a cup of coffee which was very bitter was prepared for me. Definitely not my type of coffee & later I discovered each & every customers was thrown with options.
Lovely, lovely place where you're not rushed to leave. Food runs out by 5-6 pm & they close at 8 pm. Great for early risers! Lots of comfortable seating options. Ideal for coffee, reading, browsing & chatting. 2 minute-walk from Square-Victoria metro.
Very unique cafe located inside an old bank building. Pastries & food were delicious.
Very atmospheric place located in a building that is over a hundred years old. The interior is beautiful, & the café blends perfectly with the historic character & charm of the space. There are usually long lines & a steady flow of visitors due to its popularity & central location. Prices are above average, & the wait for food - in my case, a salmon bagel - can be a bit longer than expected, but given the volume of customers, that's understandable. Both the food & drinks are excellent. Overall, a great spot.
Must visit. Definitely more than just your average coffee shop. It's an experience, a culture, a place to be in awe of but relax in & linger for as long as you feel like.

This place is amazing. Gorgeous decor, absolutely perfect coffee, & best of all, no laptops allowed, so no young weirdos hogging tables all day pretending to study on their MacBooks
They used to be better, recently they lock the doors if you decide to sit in the workspace area & every time you have to ask someone with the key to open the door for you, feels like a prison with the smell of cafe & pastry!!! I hope this is temporary & they go back to their previous setup soon, I loved going there & work & enjoy the vibe & the food
Le flat white était vraiment bon. Forcément le prix du café un peu cher, mais au vu de l'endroit c'est compréhensible.

Beautiful place to get coffee with friends & catch up. The coffee was great & the espresso martinis were delicious!
The croissant (not pictured) was buttery & flaky. 10/10

Vraiment ordinaire comme endroit! Bien beau mais c'est une coquille vide. Ils sont cheap sur le chauffage. L'endroit est glacial. Ce n'est pas normal que littéralement tout le monde était en manteau & grelotait quand même. & les ordinateurs sont seulement acceptés dans une minuscule section du café. Ils ont même fermé une section du café super tôt & le reste était plein alors nous avons été chassé de l'endroit. Vraiment pas fameux:(((
The place was beautiful as expected. So much bigger than I thought. So much seating. The bathrooms are all the way down stairs. Very interesting. The coffee was really great. One of the best in Montreal. I had luck finding a few vegan baked goods. But very limited. Pretty decent.
forget any fancy churches or whatever. same amount of breathtaking i am sure has happened here. is the line so incredibly long you feel like ur gonna lose it? YOU WOULD if this place didn't look like the most beautiful thing you've ever seen. you NEED to go.
