The ice cream here is really delicious & high-quality - you can tell it's made with good ingredients. The place is clean & there's plenty of convenient parking, which is a big plus.
The only downside is the long line! I had to wait about half an hour just to get one ice cream. Hopefully, they can improve the service speed in the future because it's definitely worth it, but the wait can be tiring.
I ordered a small ice cream with a chocolate dip & the payment terminal suggested 15% tip as the lowest suggestion & I decided not to tip.
I get the feeling that I was served long after because of this since a lot of clients who paid after me were served before me. I guess that's why paying beforehand can have negative effects on service.
I don't think dipping in chocolate warrants 15% tip.
Honesty the longest line up I've ever seen. There were at least 50 people
Waiting to get their ice cream order. Not a great experience. Sorry guys but you need to hire more people During rush times.
When you buy an ice cream, expecting a glass of water for a child is a least, which they did not offer & asked money for it!
I don't mind paying over price because of the location & the ice cream is good.
But the service really needs to be improved. Really really needs improvement

The disappointing experience happened on Saturday, June 28, around 10 PM, after going to the movies with my son.
We ordered a poutine & a medium ice cream in a cup with dip. From the start, the young man who took our order seemed visibly annoyed, but we chose to overlook that.
When I received my ice cream, it was served in a cone with dip, which was not what I had ordered. I politely mentioned that I had requested it in a cup. The staff member who had prepared it asked me if it bothered me, & I said yes-I don't particularly like cones & much prefer a cup.
She then placed the cone into a cup & handed it to me. I again clarified that I did not want a cone at all. She proceeded to remove the cone, but in doing so, took away half the ice cream, & returned it to me without adding any dip.
At that point, I didn't feel like insisting any further, but as a customer, having to explain myself multiple times & still receiving only part of what I ordered is quite frustrating. This is not the kind of friendly experience one normally associates with Chocolats Favoris.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it will help improve customer service in the future.
The best ice cream in terms of quality & price! There's so many options & flavors to choose from. Always quick, friendly service. One of my favorite places when I want a treat.
Ok, this place was good. But to much chocolate, I was in chocolate overload. I got a bowl of ice cream with milk chocolate dip. It had so much chocolate it was difficult to eat. But it was good. So the next night I went back & got a small cone that was 1/2 dipped. MUCH easier to eat & it was great!

It so a really good place for ice cream goes their at least three times a month service not consistent depends how busy they are sometimes they will generous in their quantities sometimes they go in cheap mood even you order medium or large you will get same size it is all depends never same experience over all good ice cream with 7.8/10 nice delicious deep alots of choices
The kids working there are friendly & they do their best I guess. If I may just suggest improving their speed a bit, it would make the whole experience PERFECT 5 stars. Otherwise, ice cream & candy as much as your tummy (& wallets) can handle. If you crave an ice cream flavor, they probably have it. I love the ambience of this place that is reminesque of the 80' when ice cream dinners were in full bloom. We will definetly visit again, & again, & then some more!
The store is beautiful, & it's the paradise for chocolate lovers. Right now, there are many Christmas gift baskets, in case you don't know what to offer. The only thing is that customer service is very slow, & it is not even busy, at least when I came. It took over 15 min to order a mini ice cream. Then, it was over 10 min for the order to be ready.
Nothing to write home about with this ice cream. Average chemical taste. The option to dip in various chocolates was a neat concept.
We first ordered a hot chocolate & paid. After a few minutes they said they are out of milk. So we said it’s fine let’s change the order & requested an ice cream (apparently popular one) they asked us to pay the little difference amount (less than one dollar) to give us the ice cream. It was weird that because their supply shortage we changed the order & they didn’t waive that $0.9
This is the only place that my wife accepts. Ice cream from. So thanks for keeping my wife happy 😂😁
The employees are A1. The chocolate is awesome, & the ice cream is delectable 🤤
A lot of flavors & everything is so good. That's our favorite place for ice cream.
