Je me suis présentée à votre succursale de vers 22 h 20. La porte était déjà verrouillée, alors que l'affiche sur place & votre site web indiquent tous deux une fermeture à 23 h. Trois employées sont sorties du commerce pour nous dire simplement que c'était fermé, sans explication ni excuse. Le ton était plutôt sec, ce qui a rendu la situation encore plus désagréable.

This is one of the best ice creams I've ever had! Too sweet, too festive, I can't stop! The shop is beautiful, everything looks fresh & delicious! I definitely recommend visiting, it's a real treat!

C'est ma dernière fois à ce Chocolats Favoris (Brossard). Après une crème glacée assez dispendieuse, on n'a pas le droit d'avoir de l'eau... Je voulais une simple gorgée d'eau, mais non, il faut dépenser 4 $ de plus ! J'ai demandé à parler avec le responsable, mais j'ai eu comme information que c'est'Isabelle' qui interdit aux employés de donner de l'eau aux clients...

Good chocolate but over expensive & poor service. We spent hundreds of dollars & just wanted a cup of water for my child but they refused & said we had to purchase a bottled water for almost $4. Not flexible or customer friendly.
