Je suis surpris qu'il n'y ait pas d'eau disponible pour les clients (refusé par les employés pour moi & mes enfants). C'est un service simple qui serait très apprécié.

Inhumain ! Oui un endroit ouvert au public qui n'offre pas de l'eau aux clients ou juste à quelqu'un qui passe par là qui a le besoin vitale de boire de l'eau, c'est juste pas acceptable ! C'est quoi vos valeurs ? Payer 3$ pour boire de l'eau dans une cannette!!! C'est aussi ces valeurs que vous imposez aux jeunes qui travaillent pour vous !!!
Tout mon respect au succursale de cousineau qui offre de l'eau à tous, à volonté dans des verres réutilisables ! Ça c'est Humain & Écologique !

Aller manger une crème glacée devrait être une expérience agréable. Malheureusement, ce soir, j'y suis allée avec ma nièce & je n'ai pas reçu ce que j'avais commandé.

Une erreur a été faite dans ma commande &, lorsque je l'ai signalée, on m'a répondu que le caissier ne l'avait pas facturé correctement & on m'a demandé de payer la différence.

J'ai trouvé cette situation très décevante. L'erreur venait de votre côté, mais j'ai eu l'impression d'en subir les conséquences. Un meilleur service à la clientèle aurait été grandement apprécié.

Ils se sont trompés de commande, on a demandé à la serveuse pour confirmer si c'est bien la nôtre & ils ont dit oui. On nous a ensuite rappeler pour se faire dire qu'on a pris la mauvaise... Elle pouvait pas reprendre la crème glacée puis on a eu la bonne commande finalement, mais je ne crois pas que c'était nécessaire de faire la morale au client. Vraiment déçu ...
