C'était notre première visite & nous sommes malheureusement déçus.

Une personne de notre groupe de 7, est allergique au gluten & a commandé un sorbet à la framboise. Nous n'avions pas réalisé qu'il serait servi dans un cornet. Cette partie était donc entièrement notre erreur & nous le reconnaissons.
Nous avons simplement demandé s'il était possible de le servir dans un bol en raison de l'allergie. Cependant, la façon dont la situation a été gérée nous a laissés mal à l'aise. L'employé semblait vraiment fâché. Elle a refait le bol & nous a fait sentir mal avec son air bête. Le message était passé. Comme si ce n'était pas assez, la gérante est venue nous voir en nous accusant de ne pas l'avoir mentionné... Honnêtement, au prix de la facture & de l'accueil, on avait le goût de tout annuler.
Nous comprenons très bien que l'erreur venait de nous, mais un peu plus de compréhension & de bienveillance aurait été apprécié. C'est surtout l'attitude reçue qui a rendu notre expérience décevante.

Le commis nous avise que la commande du cornet large de mon gars risque de se retrouver dans le plat à chocolat!! Il fait son cornet avec le sourire & le réussit! Service impeccable! :)

Chocolat Favori vante sa nouvelle crème glacée vegan au matcha sur les réseaux sociaux, mais non-disponible ici. D'ailleurs ils n'ont plus non plus la molle vegan à la vanille. Vraiment décevant.

Nous avons visité la succursale de Saint-Sauveur un vendredi vers 20h30. L'horaire en ligne & sur la porte disait que la fermeture était à 22h00. Cependant, la porte était barrée & les employés étaient visiblement en train de « Closer »
