CHEZ CHILI with NO CHILI OIL
Overpriced. You can find better restaurants around this neighborhood
Best authentic Chinese food in town. I recommend getting the spicy eggplant with mince pork, or the dongbei style, it's to die for!!! The general Tao is THE best, & you get a LOT for what you're paying. Top quality!
Explored Chinese cuisine in Montreal & this one stands out most, highly recommended for tourist & locals who want to experience authentic Chinese cuisine.
The most authentic Sichuan food in town. It met all the promises & high ratings. Spicy chicken can be spicier. Fried batter is one of the best I tasted. Very satisfied!
This restaurant deserves a michelin star by its authenticity & foods that is bursting in flavors, I always & proudly recommend this to my friends if they are going to chinatown.
The foods are excellent the waitstaff & even the kitchen staffs greets you with a smile I feel the friendliness of this restaurant. Also the salt & pepper shrimp is a banger!

First of all, the employees could learn a bit about customer service. They took an eternity to take our order, & with an attitude as if we were a nuisance rather customers. We saw other potential customers leaving too because their order was never taken.
On the other hand the general Tao chicken was more breading than actual chicken, & the fried rice with pork & shrimps didn't have any pork, but sausage cubes. The food could definitely improve as well.
I come here regularly & the quality is always top-notch. The spicy dry pot & dumplings are my go-to. Staff is always welcoming too!
The best Sichuan restaurant in town-no question. The food is spicy, flavorful, & always fresh. Great for both dine-in & takeout.
The food served in person is quite good, would not recommend Tao Chicken if you don't like sweet tasting food.
The spicy hunan pork belly was 👏 highly recommend
great spot & had AC to get away from the summer heat
would come again
Very nice place in the area. The heart of downtown Montreal.
I appreciate that this place is in a basement, kind of a nice way to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city.
I managed to get here right before the dinner rush. The staff is friendly & attentive. I also like the decor & art, especially the giant utensils (if you know what I mean).
All great stuff, thank you guys for the great experience. 🙂👍
C'est bon & les portions sont bien plus que suffisantes, c'est même trop à la limite... & pas cher, du coup beaucoup de monde, fort bruyant, & sol & toilettes pas au top, mitigé mais c'était bon & bien servi donc à vous de voir...
Comida rica y a buen precio, demasiada comida, siempre sobra...deberían reducir cantidades.
Food was ok. The waiter was rude - He asked for more tip after the meal has already been paid.
