About us

It all started in 2009 when they met at a restaurant on Laurier Street. Their common passions quickly brought them together and united them at work as well as in a beautiful friendship. With 22 years of experience, Louis is a veteran in restauration. At the time, he quickly saw Felix's potential in the field. With his curiosity, skills and ambition Felix probably reminded him of himself that age. Inseparable since then, their passion for good food and good wine led them to create a restaurant that reflects their image. A dream come true: Chez BOSS & fils.

Notre première expérience chez Boss & fils & se fut une expérience mémorable. Un accueil chaleureux & amical & une nourriture de première qualité. Nous avons pris en entré le calmar qui est fabuleux ainsi que le foie gras poêler un régal. La salade de tomates & les gnocchis aux ricotta fut aussi excellente. L'agneau braiser avec une sauce goûteuse de très haute qualité.

Une expérience à refaire certainement!

Je vous le recommande fortement!

Excellent sur tout, Acceuil chalereux & tout les plats étaient un vrai régal, Service impeccable, si vous voulez une experience culinaire digne de grand chef cuisinier c'est l'endroit
Entrées: Calmar, Tartare Truite, fois Gras, Tomates & Pêches Grillées
Plats: Épaule d'agneau, Gnocchi ricotta, Morue.
Dessert: plateau dégustation
Vin: Sélection du Boss

Nous avons très bien mangé - poisson, gnocchi, asperges, tout est délicieux. Le personnel est très sympathique & attentif. Vraiment un restaurant de qualité. Nous allons y retourner c'est certain.

Our second time now ! Told you we would be back :) got to try many different meals - my fish was delicious. Mike has the duck he literally licked his plate clean lol
My son had the gnocchi & rabbit he was thoroughly impressed he's 13 ;) & already has quite the palate
Here's to our third time … see you soon Louis & Nathalie - always so pleasant & welcoming

D'abord j'adore les hôtes. & les plats sont exquis. Les gnocchi à la parisienne sont à tomber par terre (de bonheur) & les calmars frits hyper fins, délicats & savoureux. Tout y est bon. Je le recommande à 100%. 5 étoiles.
