Delicious bagel sandwiches, friendly service, empenadas are very good, mouth watering baklavas, they also have interesting desserts made with bagel dough. One of my go-to places in Châteauguay!

It's over years, half of a decade that I'm there client. For sure the management has been changed & I know that. To be honest, after management change I didn't see any outstanding changes which is not bad, it showcases actually a consistency. & I'm taking their bagel cause obviously it's better that Costco-type industrial one....however, today, 14th Feb. 2026, I experience a very different dough, different in a very positive direction. The dough is very spongy, real home style bread with all stretching bubbles & a fabulous texture & taste. Keep this quality, same style of dough making up ;-)

These bagels were always my go-to, unfortunately, in the past few months, we have noticed a big change in the consistency of the dough, more air bubbles, that resembles more like store bought
