Just picked up two bags of my favourite bagels, the blueberry ones. My car smells like blueberry. Delicious! These bagels are the best. I also love the plain ones, but the blueberry ones really hit the spot. The people are so nice! I highly recommend getting your bagels from Chateau Bagel. They have different kinds! They even have sandwiches now. 10/10 would go again!
Dropped in for breakfast on our drive back to Ontario. The bagels were very fresh being made right in front of you. We got two BLT's which were loaded with perfectly cooked bacon, fresh lettuce, & tomatoes. We also got the baklava which was super flaky & delicious. The service was excellent & friendly.

It's over years, half of a decade that I'm there client. For sure the management has been changed & I know that. To be honest, after management change I didn't see any outstanding changes which is not bad, it showcases actually a consistency. & I'm taking their bagel cause obviously it's better that Costco-type industrial one....however, today, 14th Feb. 2026, I experience a very different dough, different in a very positive direction. The dough is very spongy, real home style bread with all stretching bubbles & a fabulous texture & taste. Keep this quality, same style of dough making up ;-)
