Was there for supper on Saturday evening. I was looking forward to the Tonkotsu ramen. Was disappointed. The pork in my ramen was actually just bacon. About 4 strips of bacon that I counted. Here I was thinking I would get a nice piece of round Chashu pork, but no; it was actually just bacon strips. I've never encountered that before. The broth was good. 3 star review for the disappointing'short cut' on the Ramen. The appetizers we ordered & overall service & ambience were good.
Nous avons adoré notre première fois à ce restaurant. Ambiance relaxe, employés gentils & efficace mais surtout un gros wow pour la nourriture!! C était excellent! Nous avons hâte d'y retourner!

la nourriture était excellente. Par contre, la serveuse qui me force à donner un tip c'est vraiment pas apprécié. Mon mets m'a couté 23$ & je n'avais que 25$ sur moi. Je la donne la totalité & elle me regarde à travers. Elle me dit même pas de tip? Je dis c'est tout ce que j'ai sur moi. Elle hausse alors me demander si j'ai pas une carte?! Vraiment un manque de respect. Je suis resté même pas 30minute ! Je pars souvent la bas & quand j'ai de l'argent je donne mais cette fois-ci je n'avais pas de monnaie sur moi. Vraiment j'ai adoré le restaurant mais je ne pense plus y retourner!
Got an appetizer & grilled main. Both were great, but I'd honestly next time just stick with the appetizers. There's a lot of options & would be filling.
I've eaten in the restaurant & I would have easily gave it 5 star, but today I ordered the ramen.
Why is it so spicy? Why is it not mentioned ANYWHERE that it would be?
You would think it would be listed in the ingredients just like everything else is.
Will have to throw it away, could only eat 5 bites in total.
Meilleur restaurant de Chateauguay!!! Tout est super bon, les serveuse sont incroyables & attentionnée. Le restaurant est propre & les toilettes aussi. Les portions sont genereuse & super bonnes! Petit restaurant local a essaye

The best ramen I have ever had. I got the chicken teriyaki tonkotsu ramen. They are very generous with the amount of chicken. Also I hate boiled eggs but this one looked well done so I tried it & it was amazing. I have to hold myself back from coming back here everyday.
Edit: I learned that the owner makes the tonkotsu broth authentically by cooking pork bones for 10 hours, no wonder it's so delicious & flavourful.
A very cute & authentic place. I ordered the special beef pho with takoyaki & it was all cooked with amazing flavors. I wished there could have been a bit more beef, but everything tasted good. Did not understand why they put sauce already on the dish that has a lime & bean sprouts for you, but over all very good. Staff was nice & it made our night. Highly recommend the takoyaki! They actually put octopus pieces inside unlike other places.
Je suis allé il y a 2 ans & je viens d'y retourner aujourd'hui. Personnelle tellement attentionné & gentils, nourritures délicieuse & ambiance chaleureuse. Merci tellement !!

We ordered takeout & the way they packaged it was amazing, to keep it fresh. The service was super nice & super grateful of what I thought was a less generous tip of 10%. Unfortunately the Takoyaki was soggy by the time I got home but it was still really good(I'm a Takoyaki Fein). The beef ramen tasted amazing & not too expensive for it's quality. Probably the best Japanese spot on Châteauguay
