C'était la seule & unique fois malheureusement très cher pour ce que c'est. Non seulement c'est déjà dispendieux, mais rajouter les tables en plus... c'est trop. 134$ l'activité de peinture voyons.
J'y suis allé car c'est le cadeau des Fêtes que mes petites filles voulaient. J'avais réservé en ligne, seule façon d'ailleurs de réserver. Rendu sur les lieux on a pas retrouvé la réservation. On nous a tout de même attribué une table car selon leur principe, c'est premier arrivé premier servi tant qu'il y a de la place! Toute fois en me précisant que nous devions quitter le plus rapidement possible. Donc pour ce qui est de l'accueil on repassera! Durant la durée que nous étions, on pouvait commander à boire &/ou à manger. Le hic c'est que nous ne pouvons pas, nous-mêmes, commander, il faut attendre qu'une préposée passe à votre table. L'ambiance est un peu cahotique. L'endroit est plus ou moins propre & l'espace est restreint. Bref, personnellement je n'ai pas apprécié l'endroit, cependant mes petites filles ont aimé l'expérience.
Bonne place, beaucoup de monde. L'activité est amusante pour les enfants & seuls ceux qui font une pièce paient donc si on aide un enfant, pas besoin de double paiement a ce que j'en ai compris. Beaucoup de choix de céramique mais quand meme cher. Bcp de couleur de peinture.
Tellement déçu… Il n'y avait plus d'assiette vierge donc j'ai du en prendre une avec motif. Je me suis dit: pas grave, avec la peinture par dessus le motif va disparaître à la cuisson (faux).
Par la suite la peinture que je voulais utiliser était en rupture de stock aussi… Ça n'allait pas.
& finalement, pour une réservation on y a droit à seulement 3h, ce qui dans mon cas n'était pas assez. Cela prend beaucoup plus de temps lorsque l'on veut ajouter des détails à notre céramique.
Pour ces trois raisons, je n'y retournerai pas. Je préfère faire plus de route pour trouver un meilleur endroit la prochaine fois.
Staff is very nice & friendly, I come often & that's never changed. Orders are relatively quick depending on what's ordered & of course fresh. My favorite is the strawberry mango smoothie. Ive never had any problem whatsoever, & if you accidentally break a ceramic in the establishment, you are allowed to take another. Very respectful & quick service :)
Décevant. J'aime les Céramic café, mais cette succursale manque d'accessoires, de couleurs, etc. Le service laisse à désirer. Nous sommes fières de nos oeuvres d'arts, mais nous irons ailleurs la prochaine fois.
They had so many options of things to paint. They provide lots of paints & clear instructions. The atmosphere is very relaxing & fun. The food is amazing! I got the bruschetta panini & a vanilla milkshake & is was absolutely wonderful.

I called another ceramic cafe & they told me about RUSH option where everything thing is completed within 72 hours because we needed our ceramic for Christmas. That cafe was booked so we drove 30 mins to this one because they had availabilities. I called MULTIPLE times in the morning to ask if they had the same option no one picked up the phone. I saw online & they had no exceptions on this options so when I booked I put down'RUSH' in the notes so they would know ahead of time. Once we get then they tell us they can't do rush for the holidays. Wasted an hour our day for something they could have just written online or picked up the phone once as I called 3 times to try confirm
