Hands down THE BEST burgers I've ever had. Period. Yes, I've been to In-N-Out & Fuku Burger among a plethora of other burger joints from fast food to gourmet, but this -THIS is the holy grail, my friends. The burger in its final form after being stripped naked & dressed with only the finest essentials. Also, it feels like you're entering an underground hip hop party as soon as you walk in. Vibes on point. I came here on a trip, visiting from MA, but this place makes me wish I lived around MTL. Maybe one day... In the meantime, everyone -GO HERE NOW.
10/10 . Great vibe. Great smashburgers. Fries were phenomenal. I loved it all. The decor is really cool & unique. Music is great there. It exceeded my expectations. They sell smashburgers here, not burgers. There is a difference . Will come again if ever I'm in the area. Which I am rarely. Would be nice if they had another location in Laval. I foresee that happening in the future anyway.
An excellent burger joint. The best thing about it is the burgers, delicious fresh fatty meat patties done to perfection. Definitely one of the best burger joints in town. The fries are pretty good too, as is the funky vibe in the place. But you basically go to a burger place for the quality of the burgers & on that count, this joint rocks.
Bustling hidden gem, mange dans mon hood has the best smashed burgers in town. The cali burgers are a must with its fluffy brioche bread & fresh ingredients. The ol' dirty fries are even better than the animal fries from in n out!! The vibes were def there highly recommend. Outdoor seating available too
My Wife & I have been dying to try this place. I love Smashburger My Wife loves Poutine. We have been dying to try this place & today. We made a huge detour as we were in Montreal to go give it a try. It's very difficult to review this place. The ambulance is incredible. The service incredible the food.... i'm sorry I hate to say it, but it's average at best. Yes I get it. A Smashburger is a Smashburger but you still need to retain some kind of meaty juiciness. You can't have two paperthin what you call patties in that burger. The meat to ratio is way off. You would have to put at least four or five patties into that burger to attain a 50-50 meat ratio to bun. Their "special sauce" is nothing special at all. It seems to be ketchup, mustard, & relish, all mixed together, maybe with a pinch of this & that, but really, it's nothing special. We wanted to like this place, it's literally been months probably over a year since we have been talking about going to this place, When we get there, it is average best. The concept is great. The ambiance is incredible. It's got a really laid-back hip-hop. Kind of vibe, they have a rolling papers that you can buy at the cash. They're not bad, run-of-the-mill kind of brown paper, recycled, kind of thing, but they are labelled with their business, which was kind of cool, & for only four dollars it was a no-brainer. So, poutine & burger, average, ambience, staff, professionalism, everything else, including the rolling papers was pretty amazing. Then again, it might be just me please give it a shot & make up your own mind. Maybe My Wife & I are just not the target audience/clientele.
Came here on its 1 year anniversary. It was packed but loved the vibes. Honestly best burger I've ever had!! Wow so good! & the poutine was great! Portion sizes are good! Getting a side of pickled peppers is a nice added bonus to add some kick to your meal!
Disclaimer! Depends who's reading this: This spot gets 5 stars because of the concept, people & vibe- great spot for a great burger in Montreal. Can't deny that. This is where the disclaimer comes in. If you consider yourself a smash burger connoisseur or have eaten at many smash burger spots outside of Montreal then this burger won't really compare. Flavour isn't at the same level (specifically meat taste) & the harmonious experience of the smash burger doesn't feel as much aligned. All that to be said is all my friends love it here & my partner who has never experienced a smash burger before loved it! So again just depends on your experience!
Such a cool spot, definite hidden gem. Friendly staff & delicious smash burgers. Underground diner vibe, highly recommend this place.

In order: The food was incredible. Truly a great smash burger. The fries were well cooked & well seasoned. Price was pretty reasonable when considering quality. Service is great. Friendly staff & the vibe of the cooks grooving to excellent tunes creates a really warm environment! Atmosphere is where this place really shines. From the eclectic posters covering the walls, the TMNT on the bathroom door & the Coming To America poster for the tongue in cheek quirk - everything is perfect! First time here, definitely coming back. Only improvement that could be made - a sign out front so first timers like me don't walk past it haha!
I absolutely love this place! The unique design gives it a cool vibe. We initially stopped by for a quick bite, but it became a weekly tradition. The poutine & burgers are top-notch, making it one of my favorite spots in the city. Highly recommended!
