Tried it once for delivery & another time dined in. We tried Koobideh, Joojeh & pizza. The food is very average, the owner was very polite but the resto was at full capacity & they were lacking servers. The space simply is not enough for the full capacity & the noise level was high. Although its in southshore & more convenient to go but its not comparable to existing options in downtown. There is alot to improve.Voir plus

We've been waiting for a restaurant like this in the South Shore, & it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious-both the chenje & chicken kebabs were perfectly cooked, juicy, & tender. The salad we ordered was incredibly fresh & delicious, adding a perfect balance to the meal. On top of that, the host was incredibly kind & attentive, making the entire experience even better. The restaurant didn't stand out, & the service lacked professionalism. We ordered Kashk-e Bademjan & a Caspian pizza. The Kashk-e Bademjan was delicious, nicely presented, & served on toast bread, which was an interesting twist, though not traditional for an authentic persian food. The flavor was great, so I have no complaints there. Unfortunately, the pizza was aweful-it was undercooked, cold, spice-less & we could only manage one slice. While the staff was friendly, they didn't quite meet professional standards. The ambiance was decent, though the table setting felt cramped, as plates & spoons were placed before the food arrived, leaving little room for the dishesVoir plus

5 star rating on both the food & the service - food is excellent - the kebab koubideh is excellent & is a "must" to try!!! huge portion. Owner & daughter very friendly - as soon as you walk in they made me feel welcome...reasonable prices....a gem hidden in Candiac Quebec - you must try Restaurant Caspienne

What a nice discovery. I am so glad i found this place. Persian food in the area! The meal was absolutely delicious. The smell when you enter the restaurant is amazing. You just know the food will be good. I can't wait to go back. The good meat skewer was my favourite.Voir plus
