We had a wonderful experience! I recently hosted a private event at this restaurant, & everything exceeded our expectations. Mrs. Saeeide made sure every detail was well planned, & the food was served in a timely & organized manner.
The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared. The kebabs were outstanding-tender, juicy, & full of authentic flavor. The appetizers were amazing & the perfect way to start the meal.
I highly recommend this restaurant for both casual dining & private events.
Hands down one of the absolute best places to satisfy a craving for rich, authentic kebabs. Every item on the menu showcases pure quality-the meats are juicy, expertly grilled, & infused with incredible aromatic flavors. You definitely get your money's worth here, thanks to substantial portions that never skimp on freshness or taste.
What completes the visit is the outstanding atmosphere. The owners & staff go above & beyond to treat guests like family, delivering attentive & friendly service throughout the meal. The dining room itself is clean, stylish, & spacious, & having plenty of available parking right outside makes visiting totally effortless. I can't recommend this gem enough & am already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. The grilled beef was tender & perfectly seasoned, & the crispy saffron rice was absolutely delicious. The grilled vegetables & fresh salad with avocado complemented the meal perfectly.
The service was friendly, attentive, & welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, & relaxing, making it a great place to enjoy an authentic Persian meal with family & friends.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious Iranian cuisine in Montreal. I will definitely be coming back!
Absolutely amazing for being in the middle of nowhere, truly worth going when I crave Iranian food on the South Shore. Everything was spot on delicious. The bread was warm & fresh. The aubergine spread had chunks that felt like more than just a dipping sauce. The meat was savoury & juicy, & the rice was perfect with its crispy golden tahdig layered beautifully on a bed of rice. I will definitely come back regularly!
We visited Caspian Restaurant for the first time yesterday with family, & it was an incredible experience! From the start, we were treated to fresh, warm bread & a delicious hummus dip.
We ordered the two-person platter featuring Koobideh, Chenjeh, & Joojeh-all of which were cooked to perfection & full of flavor. The highlight for me was the traditional local Doogh (yogurt drink) with butter foam on top; it was absolutely unique & refreshing. We also had the Mirza Ghasemi (eggplant dish), which was authentic & delicious.
To top it all off, we had tea & homemade baklava for dessert. The baklava was fresh, light, & easily one of the best I've had. Overall, 100/100 for food quality, service, & atmosphere. Highly recommended!
As someone of Middle Eastern descent, I will never understand why ethnic restaurants sell pizza in a restaurant called'Restaurant iranien Caspienne' or bland white rice. It seems like the cook or owner are allergic to salt & butter because everything we tasted was bland. We decided to try this since we wanted to give Persian Food a chance & we were seriously disappointed.
The service was very quick which is always a red flag but we told ourselves maybe the food will be better. But the meat was unseasoned & tasted weird. The bread they gave us looked good but once again it had no taste to it. The rice was just bland white rice. The soup was the only decent thing & you could tell that it was reheated & not fresh. Overall, a disappointing experience & the insult on the injury was the final price. 65$ for 2 people is crazy in 2026. I don't really understand how this has 4.8 starts on 5. Either people have poor taste or the owner is bribing people with free food if you leave good reviews. The people in the restaurant around weren't even finishing their plates & they all looked disappointed.
We found Caspinne Restaurant through Google & decided to book them for our wedding - even without tasting the food first, which is something very unusual for any Persian! My husband is Italian/French-Canadian, but he really wanted a Persian wedding with authentic Persian food, & Caspinne delivered beyond our expectations.
The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor, beautifully presented, & loved by all our guests - Persian & non-Persian. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, & they truly brought the taste of home to our special day.
