I highly recommend this little Iranian restaurant. Delicious food, great ambiance, best homemade baklava I ever tasted & wonderful owners, who are very kind & hardworking.
Definitely we will come back in the future.

A lovely Iranian restaurant where you can enjoy food prepared with just the right balance of spices. The meat was delicious. Now I don't need to travel to Montreal to find a great Iranian place to eat, because I've found this gem on the South Shore.
The food was absolutely amazing. Real Iranian cuisine made with care & authenticity! The atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the couple who run the restaurant were so kind & welcoming. I don't have enough good words to describe how wonderful their food & hospitality were. The baklava, tahdig, bread, soup, & meals were all delicious. Highly recommend!

We went to this restaurant for lunch to enjoy Iranian cuisine. We were impressed with the quality of the food & the service we received. We tried their kebab, which was delicious & well-prepared.
Don't miss their baklava.
Hands down the best Iranian restaurant I've tried in the Montreal area - South Shore - Montérégie. Taste & quality of the meat (Chenjeh, Koubideh, Djoudje) was absolutely outstanding, & so all of the appetizers we had (Mirza, beetroot humus with in-house baked bread straight out of the oven, chicken soup), ending with a delicious Baklava with Cardamone-black tea. The staff were all extremely kind & service efficient. The restaurant is also conveniently located next to the highway exit. I will definitely go back & can only recommend it.

The food was fantastic-delicious & full of flavor, with high-quality meat & perfectly cooked rice. It was a great experience enjoying the authentic taste of Iranian kebabs & cuisine.
The atmosphere was warm & inviting, making it a wonderful spot to celebrate with family & friends. I also appreciated that you can bring your own drinks, which added a nice personal touch to the evening.
There's a free parking lot available, which is always a plus.
Overall, it was a memorable visit-& definitely not the last!
I didn't hesitate celebrating my son's birthday at caspienne. Since it was a special occasion, the staff basically treated us like VIP providing extra care & thoroughly explaining to the non-persians what iranian cuisine really is. Long story short, the people invited never expected such good food. By the way, the portions were huge!!!
This is the real deal, guys. If you want a whole culinary experience from the moment you enter to the last crumps of the cookie served with a soothing after-dinner tea, Caspienne is the place. Basically, the food transports you to the magical gourmet world of Persia, complete with the colours & flavours of the spices of yore. & of course if you stumbles in thinking it's a pizzeria, well, it is too!! Best of both the east & the west! Come check it out for authentic Iranian dishes!!
I had an exceptional dining experience at this Iranian restaurant! The kebab was absolutely delicious-tender, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The seasoning was spot on, & the presentation was impressive. We also enjoyed a cup of tea with a sweet, flaky baklava for dessert, which was the perfect ending to the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Iranian flavors. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
I really loved the food, we were there in a large group & yet the food (we all got iranian food because we are Iranian) arrived almost perfectly & at the same time. The lady & the guy (apparently her husband) were friendly & very patient even though i asked alot of questions. At the end i ordered a pizza to get home & taste because i am in love with pizza & the pizza ( i don't remember the name but there was ham, meat & pepperoni) was so stunning that i couldn't wait until I got home, i ate it in the way hahaha. In general, i recommend the restaurant 100%

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly hospitable & friendly, offering us a variety of extras with our order. I tried the koobideh, chenjeh, & pizza. As an Iranian, I found the food to be fairly normal. The koobideh had a generous amount of meat, but it could have been grilled more thoroughly on the BBQ; the inside was slightly undercooked. The chenjeh wasn't particularly memorable, but the pizza was quite good, resembling the style of Iranian pizzas, which I enjoyed. I would recommend focusing on improving the koobideh, as many customers visit Iranian restaurants specifically for this dish. With a bit more attention to grilling & seasoning, it could become a standout item on the menu.
