Authentic & delicious. Best mince meat kebab I've had in years. House baklava is legit & pairs perfectly with the tea. Service is great, owner is very open & friendly.
I highly recommend this little Iranian restaurant. Delicious food, great ambiance, best homemade baklava I ever tasted & wonderful owners, who are very kind & hardworking.
Definitely we will come back in the future.

Highly recommend this Persian restaurant! From the soup & eggplant appetizer, mix of meat & vegetable, savory rice , until the hot tea & baklava , all are super tasty & delicious!!
La nourriture était incroyable ! 😍 Baklava fraîche & délicieuse !😋 Le service était excellent & le serveur était très gentil & poli. Nous avons vraiment apprécié.
The food was absolutely amazing. Real Iranian cuisine made with care & authenticity! The atmosphere was warm & inviting, & the couple who run the restaurant were so kind & welcoming. I don't have enough good words to describe how wonderful their food & hospitality were. The baklava, tahdig, bread, soup, & meals were all delicious. Highly recommend!

We celebrated a gathering of around 30 friends at Caspian restaurant on October 4th.
The party was great.
The appetizers were delicious & were presented beautifully.
The main courses were delicious & there was plenty of food.
The baklava was out of this world.
The owners & the staff were professional & very friendly.
We went to this restaurant for lunch to enjoy Iranian cuisine. We were impressed with the quality of the food & the service we received. We tried their kebab, which was delicious & well-prepared.
Don't miss their baklava.
Hands down the best Iranian restaurant I've tried in the Montreal area - South Shore - Montérégie. Taste & quality of the meat (Chenjeh, Koubideh, Djoudje) was absolutely outstanding, & so all of the appetizers we had (Mirza, beetroot humus with in-house baked bread straight out of the oven, chicken soup), ending with a delicious Baklava with Cardamone-black tea. The staff were all extremely kind & service efficient. The restaurant is also conveniently located next to the highway exit. I will definitely go back & can only recommend it.
Excellente découverte de cette cuisine perse aux saveurs prodigieuses. Je recommande les entrées variées & savoureuses. Baklavas délicieux. Service chaleureux. Resto à l'ambiance sympathique. Ça vaut le détour sur la route de Candiac.

Our party of 4 enjoyed the very tasty food, the koobideh was tender as was the joojeh,& chenjeh, rice portions is individually cooked, each with its own bit of saffron rice & perfectly crunchy golden tahdig. The Baklava is delicious as well. A clean & comfortable atmosphere with very polite, friendly & attentive staff.
We ordered Morza ghasemi & Kash Bademjun. Everything was so delicious & well-designed. The tea & Baklava were great as well.
The vibe & the owner were super friendly.
Un vrai coup de coeur ! La nourriture est unique & savoureuse, avec des saveurs qu'on ne retrouve nulle part ailleurs. Le service est chaleureux & attentionné, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. L'ambiance est conviviale, parfaite pour un bon moment entre amis ou en famille. I had an exceptional dining experience at this Iranian restaurant! The kebab was absolutely delicious-tender, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. The seasoning was spot on, & the presentation was impressive. We also enjoyed a cup of tea with a sweet, flaky baklava for dessert, which was the perfect ending to the meal. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Iranian flavors. I'll definitely be coming back soon!
Recently visited Caspienne restaurant for the first time, & had a great experience. We ordered from the kebab menu, & the food was delicious with generous portions at a fair price. Before the main course, we enjoyed flavorful appetizers like yogurt, olive, & eggplant dish. To end the meal we had chai & baklava, which was fresh & perfectly sweet. The service was excellent, with attentive hospitality from the owner, & the restaurant itself was clean & beautifully decorated. Overall, Caspienne offers good food, a welcoming atmosphere, & excellent value.
We recently dined at Caspienne, a Persian restaurant, & had an enjoyable experience overall. The presentation of the food was excellent & truly inviting. We started with "Bademjoon Mirza," which was flavorful & tasty. "Zereshk Polo" was also very good. "Kobideh" came in a generous portion & tasted good, but we noticed it had been brushed with a red sauce. While this added a unique flavor, it wasn't the authentic koobideh we were hoping for. soup, which was included with the meal, was excellent-it reminded me of my grandmother's soup, full of comforting, familiar flavors. For appetizers, they served some bread with a flavorful dip, & at the end of the meal, we were delighted by freshly brewed tea & baklava, which added a nice finishing touch. We did notice that they don't serve all the dishes for a table at the same time, so you may wait a bit for everyone to have their food. Overall, the experience was good, & if you're looking for Persian food in the South Shore, Caspienne, is a good choice.
Highly recommend this Cosy Persian restaurant! We tried kebab koobideh,it was really jucy, tasty & delicious. A cup of hot tea with delicious baklava completed this great experience
