Tried this restaurant for the first time today. The food was amazing!
I love my breakfast balanced, in most restaurant I have way too many carbs (bread, way too much potato, barely any veggies or fruits.
Took the chefs plate, the veggies are so well seasoned & cooked on point & the salad was with lightly picked carrot & onions. My plate had about a whole avocado. & the portion of potatoes was so much more reasonable. Still wasn't able to finish completely because everything else was so generous.
The service was great. Our server was really present & nice, the owner also came to the table To present different elements of the plate.

I had a wonderful experience at Caro Resto! The food was absolutely delicious, & every dish was beautifully prepared. One of my favorite details was the fried plantain, which was presented in the shape of a flower-it was both beautiful & delicious!
The chef even came to our table to make sure everything was perfect, which made us feel truly welcomed & appreciated. The service was attentive, the food arrived quickly, & the overall experience was excellent.
I will definitely be coming back & highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food & outstanding hospitality!
Chef Caro & her serving staff are phenomenal. We will be frequent flyers because the menu is vast & full of flavour. Happy that you are in the West Island.

On est tombé par hasard sur l'endroit pour découvrir une vraie pépite, je recommande fortement. Le service client est 10/10 la cheffe se déplace aux tables pour discuter avec vous. Les saveurs sont incroyables. Vraiment une belle découverte!
I went there for brunch a few weeks ago. The food was absolutely delicious! Caro special was amazing, the meat was just tender & very flavourful, the scrambled eggs with the hollandaise sauce I believe, was just chefs kiss. The service needs a little help but worth the wait. Definitely recommend it!
The whole team was very welcoming. The waitress came by multiple times, which is rare to see, & the chef even came to say hi to us. The food was very fresh! Definitely a better breakfast spot than the more popular ones out there. I will definitely go back.
Food was delicious & affordable, but the service was literally the best thing ever. First of all, they were able to accommodate our large group even though we hadn't reserved (thankfully lol!!). The chef came out to ask us personally if everything was to our liking (which it absolutely was, she is such a talented cook). Towards the end, I had left my food unattended though, & one of the waitresses didn't know I wanted to take it to-go- something which was totally my fault, & she threw it out. Not a big problem, as I should have been at my seat to let her know, but they literally took it upon themselves to remake my entire meal so I could have it to-go. I cannot believe how kind that was, especially since the misunderstanding was totally on me! If you're looking for some amazing breakfast food & even better service, please come here!
Great experience! We were a group of 12 celebrating a loved ones birthday & the staff added to how special the experience was! The servers sang happy birthday while bringing out a cake we brought. The chef/owner joined in & sang to the celebrant.
It's also kid friendly & staff were very warm towards the children/babies in our group. The care received brought the experience to a 5!
Everyone enjoyed their food, there were minor differences in preference, but overall it was good & worth visiting again. Also pricing is reasonable for the quantity compared to other breakfast places
