Food was delicious & affordable, but the service was literally the best thing ever. First of all, they were able to accommodate our large group even though we hadn't reserved (thankfully lol!!). The chef came out to ask us personally if everything was to our liking (which it absolutely was, she is such a talented cook). Towards the end, I had left my food unattended though, & one of the waitresses didn't know I wanted to take it to-go- something which was totally my fault, & she threw it out. Not a big problem, as I should have been at my seat to let her know, but they literally took it upon themselves to remake my entire meal so I could have it to-go. I cannot believe how kind that was, especially since the misunderstanding was totally on me! If you're looking for some amazing breakfast food & even better service, please come here!
Great experience! We were a group of 12 celebrating a loved ones birthday & the staff added to how special the experience was! The servers sang happy birthday while bringing out a cake we brought. The chef/owner joined in & sang to the celebrant.
It's also kid friendly & staff were very warm towards the children/babies in our group. The care received brought the experience to a 5!
Everyone enjoyed their food, there were minor differences in preference, but overall it was good & worth visiting again. Also pricing is reasonable for the quantity compared to other breakfast places

We celebrated our daughter's baptism with breakfast at CDI, & Carol & the entire staff truly went above & beyond. We were a group of about 20 guests, & everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Everything was absolutely delicious.
A few weeks prior, we had gone for breakfast to try the restaurant, & Carol personally came out to every table asking guests how they enjoyed their food & interacting with everyone. It immediately felt like such a warm & welcoming place.
On the day of our celebration, Carol surprised us by beautifully decorating our table, something we absolutely did not expect & that touched us so much. You can genuinely feel the love & care that goes into this restaurant. It's rare to find a place that treats its customers with such kindness & attention to detail.
It truly is a very special place. Thank you for making such an important day even more memorable. Highly recommend!
Great hospitality & service from the staff & owner in a relaxed atmosphere. I really enjoyed the unique twist on traditional breakfast fair; eggs benedict on plantains with fried pork was delicious. Looking forward to coming back & trying out the rest of the menu.
Had a lovely breakfast here. Great prices & huge portions. I also appreciate that kids can order just a bowl of cereal for under five dollars! My kids were in the mood for a big breakfast, but they got the biggest bowl of cereal that made them so happy!
My husband got the hungry breakfast & it was enormous! Probably one of the biggest he's ever had.
This is a must try place.
Had breakfast this morning & the vibe was wonderful, staff is very sweet & the food was incredible! The head chef came out & spoke to us & made sure we were well taken care of.
I'll definitely come back here again, it's a new favorite for me :)

Restaurant CDI is a wonderful breakfast place. The food is delicious & very fresh! The owner is very kind & takes the time to provide customers with a great experience, every time.
We visited Restaurant CDI for breakfast on Sunday morning, & overall had a really pleasant experience. I'm vegan & my wife is not, & the staff were genuinely friendly & attentive. Coffee was always topped up, which is always appreciated.
They even offer oat milk, which is a big plus if you're vegan or avoiding dairy. While there isn't currently a dedicated vegan breakfast on the menu, our server went out of her way to help & brought over the owner, Marie-Carole. She was incredibly kind & took the time to put together a custom vegan breakfast for me with sautéed vegetables, fresh fruit, breakfast potatoes, homemade baked beans, & rye bread without butter.
Everything was tasty, thoughtful, & satisfying. My wife also really enjoyed her breakfast. Great service, welcoming atmosphere, & a place that clearly cares about its guests.
The host was gracious, & the food was awesome. They had Carribean style brunch with your standards breakfast meals also. The portions were huge. I strongly recommend

It is my second time eating breakfast & eating brunch at this restaurant, & both experiences were supreme! The food is savoury, the quality is excellent, the chef is very friendly & present. I 100% recommend Caro Resto & will see you all very soon! Thank you for your hospitality & service.
Came here for my birthday after seeing so many good reviews. We got la belle Caro benedict & it was super delicious, haven't had a breakfast so good in such a long time.
Was curious to try it after all the good reviews, nothing special, had a hard time understanding the staff. Got my breakfast order wrong, waited 15 minutes for a decaffeinated coffee. Won't be returning

Amazing menu & great service!
The eggs Benedictines are fantastic, the composition of every breakfast plate is very apetizing. I will need to come back many times to try the delicious variety of breakfasts served here.
I kept hearing people rave about this place, so I finally decided to try it… & now I get it.
The food was incredibly fresh & flavorful, you can genuinely taste that nothing is frozen. The service was amazing, & the owner was so attentive & kind, constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect. The prices being so affordable were the cherry on top! She even surprised us with extra touches that made the whole experience feel so personal.
It honestly made me so happy to support a business run with that much care, & to see how well she treats her staff. This is officially my go-to breakfast spot…I won't be going anywhere else

I had breakfast at C.D.I. in Roxboro-Pierrefonds & was genuinely impressed. The prices are more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food - which is easily twice as good as what you get at most other breakfast restaurants.
Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, & full of flavour. You can tell they care about what they serve. Portion sizes were generous without feeling heavy, & the presentation was great too.
The service was friendly & warm, & the atmosphere made it an ideal spot to start the day. It's rare to find a place that delivers both exceptional value & exceptional food, but C.D.I. absolutely does.
Highly recommended - I'll definitely be returning!

Caro Resto is really a hidden gem on the corner of Gouin & Sources & I highly recommend you all go. The menu has interesting offerings which I have yet to try & have to go back for.
Added bonus: The cook Caro actually takes the time to greet her patrons & asks for feedback. Just an added human touch which makes the experience that much better :)
