I ordered food for my kids & the waiter came pretty quick but after that we couldn't even get water. My son asked the waiter for water & she said that she didn't want to go into the kitchen to get it & she said she didn't have the time. The overall food was okay but I wanted takeout for my youngest & she confused the order. We ended the dinner by getting the check & the waiter looked like she was expecting a tip. We left & we see a CHEF SMOKING right outside. How do I know he wasn't doing it in the kitchen.View more

Really Bad experience with the Server.
We were a group of 6 people celebrating a birthday. While during ordering she forgot to punch in 1 ordered item which I had to remind at end as I didnt recieve it. At time of bill I gave her 5% tip. She made a face on me & while I was leaving she came to see me to ask that why I gave less tip. Its a rule that when you go in Restaurants you have to tip & just because I forgot to add one dish. I explained her the tip depends on customer. She forced me to put 15% tip & was ranting because i gave her less tip. She told she was running around & too much work so she should have more tip but I again explained her that its the customer who decided the tip & not the server. At the end, she told me whatever & just left. Such a nice restaurant should not have servers like this & should show them the ettiqutes to deal with customer.View more

Le repas était correct. Le service vraiment très décevant. C'est sur que de discuter avec ces amis à une table est plus important que de servir ces clients. J'attends toujours mon Perrier! Pas une attention durant tout le repas, après qu'elle met débarrassée, j'ai enfin pu demandé un verre d'eau qu'elle m'a servi après 5min parce qu'elle était encore entrain de discuté avec ces amis. J'ai même pas pris de désert alors que j'en avais envie, vu le service, j'avais qu'une envie de partir de cette place. Quand à la facture que je venais de demandé a la serveuse aux longs cheveux avec une queue de cheval a décidé d'aller cette fois s'attabler avec ces 3 amis & de boire avec eux. J'ai du demandé 10 min plus tard à une autre serveuse qui passait pas là de l'obtenir & qui a demandé à ma serveuse attablé avec ses amis de m'envoyer la facture. Le service à la clientèle doit être optionnelle dans ce restaurant. Vu le service j'ai réduit mon tip ce que je fais extrêmement rarement parce que le travail de serveur est exigeant.View more

i go to restaurant's almost everyday i just had the worst service here. i went there with my friend to order food for take out on a wednesday night, & i had a margarita at the bar while waiting for the food. first the food that i wanted to order was not available, thats fine. so i ordered something else cuz i really like the ambiance. when our food is almost ready, i asked if she can give us another small basket of chips then the the girl said our food is almost ready, she didn't say yes or no. i asked the other girl same question & she said "yea, she'll get it for you" after we paid, my friend reminded them about the chips. she came & said "i'm not suppose to give u chips in the first place cuz you're ordering take out". & she always turn her back while my friend is still talking. i find its very rude. i don't see why not give us chips, i gave tip like those people who are eating there, i paid my food the right amount & i don't mind paying extra for chips. just waiting for them to charge me but they just said no. the waitress doesn't seem happy the whole time she was serving us. the place is beautiful, the food was okay, cocktail was good but the service is really bad. i don't really write reviews, but here u go. i left the place not finishing my drinks cuz its upsetting to stay at the bar. i'm definitely not going back. hoping the management do something about this for their future customers.
