Their rice is basically just red tomato paste & the chicken don't even get me started with their meat. It was basically white chicken & they added tajin on top after it was cooked, no taste at all. I don't even consider this restaurant Latino. The only thing that was nice were the drinks & the service. But for the food, it isn't very good, very mediocre.
Not impressed with the food. The salsa taste like bbq sauce mixed with tomatoes. The Mexican Enchilas did not have much protein & the tortilla is not right. The vegetables in the Mexican rice tastes like can. The drinks are good & the ambiance is nice. I've been there 4 times because it's convenient if you stay at the HI next door but each time I am totally disappointed with the food.
Très beau restaurant! Les employés sont gentils & très efficaces. La nourriture & les drinks sont bons! Le menu enfant est par contre un peu décevant; par exemple, l'enchiladas est simplement une tortillas avec fromage.

Not sure what happened...last year I would say this is a 5/5 spot but last night was quite the mess. My reservation was somehow lost even thought we booked online, tried turning us away at the door because there was "no more room" despite half the tables being empty. Eventually we got a spot & were immediately rushed to order our drinks & food at the same time, being told that the kitchen was behind & had a minimum 45 minutes. There was no obvious manager or responsible on the floor, when I asked for someone that could help me was ignored . Topping off this awkward experience the patio doors were wide open all the way up until around 8pm (high 19 low 7) letting in a cold breeze. Even if this was just an "off" night it's obvious the lack of staff had an immense impact on the diners experience. I learned today that my friend who I told about my outing decided to order Uber eats but a dozen minutes after the order was placed; Carlos & Pepe's retroactively cancelled the order. Something isn't running smooth here & I hope this message reaches someone in charge because Saturday night at a restaurant should never look like that, embarrassing Otherwise the food was decent, margaritas are the highlight
Kalina you are the best... Friendly, Peasant, & Courteous... Food & Drinks were Delicious, & served with a Smile... We will be back.

Loved the ambiance of the restaurant! Good music, good portions & the drinks were delicious! Our waitress Kalina did a great job at ensuring everything was going smoothly & took the time to explain the menu Only down said was that they had some things missing. But no one's fault since it was the end of the day! On that note highly recommend this spot for anyone craving good Mexican food
Nice place. Great food. LOUSY service. We really enjoyed the food & drink, but we were at the corner table & were constantly ignored. We couldn't get drinks or more water. Waitresses rarely came by. They delivered our food & the waitress asked if she could get us anything else. I said I was missing my side pico de gallo. She said it would probably come. She never bothered to get it or check on me later, so I never got it. Won't go back.
The portions are huge. It's a great resto in the suburbs. The food was amazing & so were the drinks. The decor was also really beautiful. I really loved it.
Showed up with a group for a birthday dinner. When we arrived our table was not ready & we had to wait about 20 mins. From there once seated waited over 30 mins to place our orders. We ordered our drinks, apps & dinners all at the same time. Our drinks took over 30 minutes & 2 people were missing theirs. Dinner showed up maybe about 20 minutes after. But no apps were brought. They brought our apps when we were more than half way done our meals. We ended up saying we didn't want them anymore as we were full from dinner. Overall very disappointed with the service. The food was average.
We got the burrito & it was lacking flavour. All I could taste was tortilla & beans. Also, we got the caesar salad & the chicken was stone cold & was hard. Almost as if its been sitting in a fridge since the day before. Salad was also missing sauce. There was no sauce. 55$ for only those 2 items. No drink. No app. Expensive
Stopped for a little snack & drink before going to Costco & so happy with the service. Chris was simultaneously funny, down to earth & hardworking. In a time when finding quality people is difficult, this restaurant found a gem. Thanks for making us laugh Chris & for your kindness:
Had a large group come in & we ordered lots of drinks & food. We had one server for all of us & she was incredible! Emily was awesome at making sure everything was timely & had such fun energy. We hope to come back sometime in the future to enjoy the food, atmosphere, & service again!

i go to restaurant's almost everyday i just had the worst service here. i went there with my friend to order food for take out on a wednesday night, & i had a margarita at the bar while waiting for the food. first the food that i wanted to order was not available, thats fine. so i ordered something else cuz i really like the ambiance. when our food is almost ready, i asked if she can give us another small basket of chips then the the girl said our food is almost ready, she didn't say yes or no. i asked the other girl same question & she said "yea, she'll get it for you" after we paid, my friend reminded them about the chips. she came & said "i'm not suppose to give u chips in the first place cuz you're ordering take out". & she always turn her back while my friend is still talking. i find its very rude. i don't see why not give us chips, i gave tip like those people who are eating there, i paid my food the right amount & i don't mind paying extra for chips. just waiting for them to charge me but they just said no. the waitress doesn't seem happy the whole time she was serving us. the place is beautiful, the food was okay, cocktail was good but the service is really bad. i don't really write reviews, but here u go. i left the place not finishing my drinks cuz its upsetting to stay at the bar. i'm definitely not going back. hoping the management do something about this for their future customers.
