i go to restaurant's almost everyday i just had the worst service here. i went there with my friend to order food for take out on a wednesday night, and i had a margarita at the bar while waiting for the food. first the food that i wanted to order was not available, thats fine. so i ordered something else cuz i really like the ambiance. when our food is almost ready, i asked if she can give us another small basket of chips then the the girl said our food is almost ready, she didn't say yes or no. i asked the other girl same question and she said "yea, she'll get it for you" after we paid, my friend reminded them about the chips. she came and said "i'm not suppose to give u chips in the first place cuz you're ordering take out". and she always turn her back while my friend is still talking. i find its very rude. i don't see why not give us chips, i gave tip like those people who are eating there, i paid my food the right amount and i don't mind paying extra for chips. just waiting for them to charge me but they just said no. the waitress doesn't seem happy the whole time she was serving us. the place is beautiful, the food was okay, cocktail was good but the service is really bad. i don't really write reviews, but here u go. i left the place not finishing my drinks cuz its upsetting to stay at the bar. i'm definitely not going back. hoping the management do something about this for their future customers.
