I tried many jerk chicken from different restaurants in my life, even in jamaica aswell. But none of those places had what Caribbean food factory has! This spot here has the best jerk chicken plate ever, it is so good I could be eating that daily for the rest of my life. Best order is Jerk chicken plate & a set of fried dumplings.

Ordered delivery via UberEats, jerk chicken platter. Everything came warm, chicken was delicious & tender, meat came off the bone with a fork. Well spiced, even the rice. Good portion for the price.

The staff very nice. The ambience was okay. But I went for the food & the Rice was very dry, they didn't put any gravy on the rice & peas, & put too much rice. & the plantain was also dry & semi hard, not soft at all. But the jerk chicken was very good. Also I was surprised to see that the roti was in a shape of a burrito & not a square, also sadly was very dry inside. Not enough juices or gravy on the potatoes or rice & very little pasta that I had to dig for at the bottom of the rice for. Overall, sadly not the best experience.

The most tender chicken I've had in a restaurant. The rice was delicious & I 100% recommend this place it's open 24h! What else could you ask for?

Very yummy food I like all the plates I've tried so far & I've had the jerk chicken, oxtail, curry goat, & calaloo. Jerk chicken poutine is also great

Seriously hands down the best jerk chicken I have ever had the dumplings can be fried more more cause it was kinda raw but the food is amazing diffently eat here again ❤️

Came here looking for Jerk Chicken & a bowl soup cause outside was getting cold. I was pleasantly surprised to get a REAL COMFORTING plate of just some good ole soul food & a chicken soup to strengthen you when it's cold out there! Food just tasted like someone who respects food & has been cooking for years! Thank you! I'll try to post a picture of the meal before I start devouring the plate next time!

God tier jerk chicken. Nothing compares. Always ridiculously tender & juicy chicken ,0 excess fat & flavor through the roof. Not once has it not been fresh, despite being delivery. It's fresher delivered than places on place. The Mac pie Is incredibly good, so are the fried doughnut things. Other meat offerings are also amazing such as the beef stew, but the jerk chicken stands out as the best I've had by a large margin.

This place offers exceptional Jamaican & Caribbean cuisine, with very good food & a friendly staff. We tried their jerk chicken it was marvellous. While the interior could use an upgrade, it's still a must-visit spot overall.

This place is stellar, run by good people, portions are fantastic, prices are insanely good, & they have a quick turn around time. Dont waste your money at KFC or McDonalds, you can eat a whole lot better here. Their fried chicken is incredible & crunchy, & absolutely tastes delicious. The sides they offer up are equally as great, lots of variety in their meals, you get well fed right & proper. We are talking high end AAA quality food for the gods here, but with fast food prep times & take out options.
