Wow. Just found this place today. Amazing food selection. Paradise for my celiac wife. Super friendly & helpful staff. Bread selection is fantastic- hard pressed to tell the difference with gluten bread. Loved the quiche, banana muffin & cinnamon bun. Will certainly be our new go to for all things gluten free.
Excellent food, very soft bread & delicious cakes. It's a great gluten-free option. Didn't even notice the difference!
Owner is very friendly. Staff are very kind.

Super sweet people. Exceptional gluten free bread. like, UNBELIEVABLY good. I'm not celiac but i brought my friend who is & we were both super happy to share a straight up delicious breakfast one morning & they didn't have to worry about a single thing. It was so good i'm going to come here all the time.

I cannot share higher praises for this restaurant! The food was absolutely spectacular (the bread better than any other in Montreal or Paris), the owners so charming, & the atmosphere adorable. I was literally in love with the whole experience.
I had the Jean Luc (eggs & toast with butter & jam) & my partner had the breakfast with bacon & beans. Both came with a little juice smoothie & we got a latte that was $1 off with the breakfast order. We ended this beautiful experience with the tiramisu (DIVINE).
The baker/chef is a GF expert from Lima & the other owner I believe is local with a child with celiac. Everything was beyond delicious & safe & theyre so friendly! They also sell & serve organic wines & fresh pasta. There are tons of pastry options & to go options.
This place is a must for anyone visiting or living nearby.

Ben & Naomi have put together easily one of the best cafes I've ever been to. I only visited twice while in Montreal, but I left feeling like I was a regular. The bread is amazing, the pastries are divine, & the classic Italian-style espresso is some of the best I've had outside of Europe. Whether or not you have Celiac, gluten sensitivity, any other allergies or none at all, I cannot recommend this little fallen piece of Elysium enough.
AMAZING. They have REAL gluten-free bread, i.e. tastes & texture's like a loaf of bread from a good non gluten-free bakery. Lots of choices, some lactose free & vegan options as well. The existence of this place makes me feel a lot better about not being able to eat gluten lol.

I could cry it was so good. I had the asago sandwich & cinnamon bun. My fiancé had the lasagna & cupcake. We took lots of bread home too. Everything was so good I felt normal for 15 minutes, not like the gluten free cardboard other places serve.
Cantine Panella is amazing! The service was super friendly, & the food was incredible. The bread was so good, but the focaccia? Out of this world. & don't even get me started on the tiramisu-it was insane. Definitely a must-visit!
Checked out Cantine Panella Sans Gluten, a 100% gluten free cafe, for a weekday lunch. Go up to the counter to order, food's brought to your table. There's a menu du jour/soir ($19/22) but only from Wednesday to Saturday. - Latte ($4.50) - piping hot - Zamalek infusion d'hibiscus ($13.00 bottle) - very light, tasted like hibiscus juice - Muffin banane ($4.00) - Biscuit avoines & chocolat ($3.00) - Soupe du jour ($9.00) - carrot squash soup with grilled bread. Smooth texture - Lasagna bolognese ($15.00) - looks small but a decent portion. Tasted like regular lasagna - Lasagne aux aubergines ($14.00) - Primavera pizza ($18.00) - added vegan cheese ($2.00). Pizza was tiny, thin crust style - Asado sandwich ($15.00) - messy but tasty. Sandwich is more like a mini baguette - Pascualina quiche ($8.50) - Tarte a la lime ($8.00) - excellent - Jalousie aux peches ($5.50) - peach danish - Foret noire ($10.00) - not too sweet
This place is incredible. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, take the time to explain everything; they are so aware of food sensitivities & they care deeply about providing a safe & thoughtful experience. The food was delicious, & brought my celiac friend deep & profound joy to eat pasta & bread for the first time in a long while. 10/10

A massive variety of gluten free options from meals, to desserts, to bread loaves & other bakery treats. They have a whole range of Halloween inspired sweets right now that are very fun. You really get the impression the the owners love their buisiness & customers.
If you're on the hunt for a gluten-free haven, @cantinepanella is one of the best we've found so far. This certified gluten-free cantine offers an impressive array of options that cater to every palate & craving, making dining out a breeze for those with gluten sensitivities. They offer hearty, fresh, & exciting daily specials that can also be taken to go. There's something for everyone to enjoy. The baked goods are nothing short of exceptional. We were particularly enamored with their muffins, mini pies, & cinnamon buns, each crafted with care & bursting with flavor. They currently have Halloween-themed treats, including a delightfully eerie pie shaped like a bloody hand-an imaginative touch we absolutely loved! All the menu items are 100% gluten-free, & they have a large selection of breads made with very interesting flours that don't use corn or rice. As if the food alone weren't enough to impress, they also offer a selection of amazing gluten-free beers that we hadn't encountered before. It was a delightful surprise. @cantinepanella truly elevates the gluten-free dining experience. Whether you're grabbing a quick meal to go or indulging in one of their unique treats, you're sure to leave with a smile & a satisfied appetite.

Exquisite selection of 100% gluten free pastries, pastas, quiches, breads, & desserts. Anyone who is or loves someone who lives gluten free will appreciate this beautiful oasis of choice & taste. We were really impressed with the warm joyful service & the atmosphere inside & outside.
This place was amazing! The service was terrific-so congenial, warm, welcoming-& really elevated the whole experience. The pizza & sandwiches were so good, & the breads looked amazing. We'll have to return as soon as possible.
