Exquisite selection of 100% gluten free pastries, pastas, quiches, breads, & desserts. Anyone who is or loves someone who lives gluten free will appreciate this beautiful oasis of choice & taste. We were really impressed with the warm joyful service & the atmosphere inside & outside.

This place was amazing! The service was terrific-so congenial, warm, welcoming-& really elevated the whole experience. The pizza & sandwiches were so good, & the breads looked amazing. We'll have to return as soon as possible.
Première expérience à la Cantine Panella. Repas délicieux & abordables, belle variété de vins, mais surtout un accueil humain, chaleureux, généreux. Tiramisu fortement recommandé. J'y retournerai 😊

Cantine Panella is the best gluten-free bakery/sandwich shop we have ever been to! I would challenge anyone to find one that's better...they can't! This place has exceptional service, fantastic food, excellent coffee & desserts so good, they're better than regular desserts that are not gluten-free! We got their asado & butifarra sandwiches - one beef & one pork, & they were amazing. The bread was so good (you would never know it was gluten-free) & the meats were marinated so nicely. Highly recommend these if you're looking for a full meal, but BE SURE to save room for dessert!! For example, they have the best tiramisu I have ever tasted (& I've had 100s of tiramisus all over the world, gluten-free & not), & that's just one thing out of many. They bake all their bread fresh every day & you can get so many different types of wonderful gluten-free bread - be sure to come early before they start to sell out! They even have amazing coffee...we got an iced latte & it was so much better than expected. Nice, strong coffee! All in all, I would highly encourage anyone to come to Cantine Panella - I wouldn't really call it a "hidden gem", but more people still need to know about it!!
We had the most incredible dinner at Cantine Panella, a cozy Italian restaurant that was delicious & inviting. The entire restaurant is GF so you can relax & enjoy a wonderful meal. Lovely environment with large windows that fully open to the street so it feels like you are eating el fresco. Family style restaurant with a welcoming staff & a warm friendly owner. We had such an incredible night, from the food to the atmosphere & people. Loved it!! We ordered pizzas & lasagna & tiramisu for dessert! Everything was delicious & we are already planning our next trip to Montreal so we can revisit this wonderful restaurant!!! Thank you for an incredible night!
Meilleur restaurant sans gluten de loin !! Le service à la clientèle est impeccable: on se sent littéralement comme à la maison. Leur variété de produits est hallucinante & tous sont d'une qualité inégalée & exceptionnelle (selon mon experience - dix ans depuis mon diagnostic de maladie coeliaque - aucun autre restaurant ne m'a permis de vivre une expérience comparable).

Une superbe découverte avec un service très sympathique! Les étiquettes indiquent les produits sans produits laitiers & véganes - il y en a plusieurs. C'était la meilleure quiche sans gluten que j'ai jamais mangé, avec une pâte feuilletée si fluffy, que je n'ai jamais eu ailleurs. Je reviendrai certainement!
New found gem near home! Cantine Panella is a recent find for us that we can only wish we discovered sooner. It's a blessing for anyone with gluten intolerance; they are certified. Hubby has always had a hard time finding a safe place to eat out & now the fresh, delicious pizza has become our Friday staple! Incredibly friendly owners & staff, with great food options for everyone!

Pour le moment je n'ai essayé que le pain & les viennoiseries, & c'était absolument délicieux. Belle variété de produits, la texture des produits est incroyable, c'est à si méprendre ! Sinon, le prix est raisonnable & comparable aux autres boulangeries du quartier, ex. brioche à la cannelle pour 4,50$ & café latte pour 4$. J'ai vu qu'ils ont des menus avec une entrée, repas du jour & espresso pour moins de 20$. J'aime l'ambiance, la terrasse, la musique & le service. Les propriétaires sont très gentils & serviables. Bref, je recommande à tout le monde, coeliaque ou pas ❤️🤤 tellement reconnaissante de vous avoir près de la maison.
Délicieux, charmant, accueillant! Un petit trésor sans gluten bien gardé. Un service chaleureux, des plats de qualité & du bon vin pour une soirée réussie. 100% celiac safe!! Ça deviendra ma cantine favorite pour soirée d'amis, en famille ou en amoureux, ou encore pour une bouchée "on the go". Merci pour la belle trouvaille!

They make ❤️❤️THE BEST ❤️❤️ gluten-free products you can ever imagine. Imagine this: all the things you've wished to eat gluten-free, they have them at an affordable price. The consistency of their breads & pastries is phenomenal, & they taste so good. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products & are super friendly. What a gem! Even if you're not celiac & just want high-quality food/pastries, give this place a try🥖🥨🥐🥪
