September Café is a breakfast paradise that absolutely exceeded our expectations! We tried the tomato & burrata toast, which was out of this world-fresh, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. The avocado toast was equally delightful, with the perfect mix of creamy & crunchy. The halloumi toast & fried chicken sandwich were also fantastic, each offering a unique & delicious twist on classic breakfast fare. What really impressed us were the cold brews; every one we tried was simply amazing, with rich flavors & the perfect kick to start the day. The quality & attention to detail in every dish & drink we had were exceptional. The ambiance of the café is cozy & welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax & enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly & attentive, adding to the overall fantastic experience. September Café has truly mastered the art of breakfast, & we can't wait to come back for more. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delicious & satisfying start to their day!
Friendly staff but slow service, took like half an hour just for a sandwich. Website doesn't have the menu. Fried chicken sandwich was tasteless. My friend's halloumi toast was delicious. Iced latte was good. Cold brew was typical. Backless stools & low tables don't make this place particularly ergonomic. Music was good though.

Simply: Great food. Breakfast sandwich & grilled halloumi toast are incredible. Good pancakes too. Seating's a bit restricted & lines are long but for good reason - incredibly worth it every time. Line moves pretty fast & they're v efficient with the demands so even if it looks long, it moves fast & so worth it at the end!
The best iced latte in Montreal! September Surf is a very cool cafe in a cute neighbourhood. The food & coffee is excellent, the prices are really good too! I also love the classic breakfast sandwich, pancakes & avocado toast. I haven't tried other things but I have heard everything non the menu is delicious. I visit a few times a week & the quality is always there. However, often (especially on weekends), you can be waiting over an hour outside in line. In the summer it gets quite hot as there aren't many trees near by. The staff works really hard trying to get ppl through & they have a good system set up but it still takes FOREVER & can be very overstimulating/ loud. Perhaps an order ahead system could help fast track some orders? Either way it's such a minor issue compared to the quality I still frequent September.
This café is one of the best spots for a quick breakfast sandwich, pancakes, & cookies. Their fresh orange juice is far superior to the bottled variety. While there's a long queue on weekends, it only attests to the café's popularity & demand, & it's well worth the wait. A must-visit!
Stumbled upon this place because we just wanted to grab some bites & coffee & apple maps showed this was the closest one. Upon arrival, it was busy & there was a line that went out along the side walk. The line goes fast though so if you want to try this place, definitely do. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich & had fries. Multiple seating areas & a small back patio area. 2 Bathroom available Food was good & variety of options on the menu. Service was great. Definitely would recommend! Amenities: Tables, Outdoor seating, Bathroom

I heard SO much about this cafe so I was so excited to finally try it & it did NOT disappoint. Wow the food & the coffee were excellent!! The deluxe breakfast sandwich was so tasty & the halloumi toast with a refreshing coleslaw salad on top was phenomenal! but the star of the show was their perfect 1000/10 chocolate chip cookie with sea salt. It was by far the best cookie i've ever had in my life without exaggeration (MUST TRY) The cashier was awesome & the whole vibe was great! it gets packed pretty quick any day of the week so get there for opening or be prepared to wait in a long line
One of my favorite spots in the hood. Breakfast sandwich is bonkers. Banana bread is nuts. Latte & mocha one of the best in the city. What's not to love?🙏🏼🎉
Café très occupé par la clientèle du coin. Quelques places assises & deux bancs dehors, en avant. Chiens acceptés. Oui, ils jappent... Bouffe très bonne (Burger, sandwich dej, bol chia, grilled cheese) café excellent (extra dry macciato). Service amical & souriant. Belle petite adresse locale.
September is awesome. Great coffee & snacks (cakes, cookies). I've had both of their breakfast sandwiches & they were both great. I love the consistency of the food & drinks they sell - I can count on being happy every time I stop by, & the staff is always very nice. The one downside is that it can be very busy, so count on waiting for 5+ minutes for your drinks, & perhaps longer if you're ordering a meal.

Me love this place! Best breakfast sandwich for a pretty good price. I also love their halloumi toast.. we love a little sweet & salty moment. It's kinda like a 2 for one special where u get the toast with a giant salad on top. We love. The Cajun chicken salad didn't look too hot. My friend didn't mind tho. It's also always very busy. Good for them. Would highly recommend. Also very smooth matcha.
Regular stop for me for great coffee. Service is always extremely friendly & warm. The vibe is great, albeit there's generally a swarm of people here at virtually all times. I only get pancakes here because their pancakes have ruined all other pancakes for me. They're the best. The breakfast sandwich also hits the spot. Definitely a good spot.
On a pris 2 sandwichs vraiment incroyables avec une sauce maison complètement folle. Les pancakes sont fondants à souhait ! Je reviendrais, c'est sur !
