I recently had the chance to dine at Cafe Restaurant Nab, & it was such a memorable experience-both in terms of food & atmosphere.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the kebabs-perfectly grilled, juicy, & full of flavor. The koobideh was tender & well-seasoned, & the barg had that beautiful char while staying incredibly soft. You can really tell they pay attention to quality & authenticity.
The tahdig (crispy rice) was a standout-golden, crunchy on top, & soft underneath, just the way it should be. Paired with grilled tomatoes, fresh herbs, & a light salad, the whole plate felt balanced & satisfying.
The presentation was also lovely, served on traditional-style platters that added to the overall Persian dining experience. The ambiance felt warm & inviting, making it a great spot for both a casual dinner & a special night out.
If I had to mention one thing, it would be that portions are generous-so come hungry or be ready to share!
Overall, I'd highly recommend Cafe Restaurant Nab to anyone looking for authentic Persian cuisine in Montreal. I'll definitely be coming back.
The food was excellent, especially the lamb kebab which was very juicy & tasty. The rice covered with saffron. The staff were very friendly & the welcoming was very warm.

Restaurant Nab is a true gem in Montreal.
From the warm & welcoming atmosphere to the beautifully prepared dishes, everything feels thoughtful & authentic. The food is full of flavor, made with high-quality ingredients, & clearly prepared with care.
The staff are genuinely kind & attentive, making you feel more like a guest than just a customer. It's the kind of place where you want to come back, bring friends, & enjoy a relaxed, memorable meal.

Absolutely delicious safron rice with dishes such as chicken skewers, beef, & eggplant beef stew. We were here on New Year's Eve & they had very relaxing live music. Highly recommend!
I loved the food, the service, & the atmosphere. As an Iranian, it truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend this place for the freshness & high quality of the food, as well as the kind & respectful service.
We had a great experience in Nab, awasome service & amazing atmosphere. we ordered kale pache which was one the best in the town. The bread was so fresh & crispy & they served everything in the traditional style & dishes. After the food we ordered persian tea & some baklava which was so fresh & delicious. Highly recommended
My family, two friends, & I visited this restaurant to try kaleh pacheh. From the very first bite, I was truly impressed. It was cooked with such skill & care that I had never experienced this level of quality before-not in my home country & not even in Montreal. Some might think this was just because we were hungry, but that wasn't the case; my family & friends all felt the same way. I highly recommend giving it a try at least once. I'm confident you'll fall in love with this delicious dish.

A great restaurant with excellent customer service & very welcoming. The food quality was high & the portions were generous. After a long time, we finally had delicious, high-quality kaleh pacheh. Highly recommended.
Had dinner at this restaurant today & it was amazing! As a vegetarian, I was so happy to see they had vegan koobideh & it was absolutely mouthwatering 🤤. Highly recommend this place for vegans & vegetarians! We tried the Ashe Reshteh (soup), Kashke Bademjan, the vegan koobideh plate & saffron ice cream… all 10/10!

WOW. I honestly didn't expect to have such an unforgettable Persian food experience but this restaurant completely shocked me.
You must definitely try their food. Their Chef Kebab (Naab kebab) is not just delicious it is incredible, unforgettable.🤩
& if you are lucky, ask for the special of the day. Today it was Morasa Polo, & THIS is exactly what real Persian flavour tastes like. It was so good that not only did we finish it here, we actually ordered another one for take-out. That says everything.
& just when we thought it couldn't get better the tea & desserts showed up.
I swear I have never in my life seen this many Persian desserts in any restaurant.
Their Napeloni, their pumpkin dessert, their saffron cake… Omg.🥧💥

We have visited this restaurant several times, both with guests & with family. Every time, the experience has been excellent .The food is always fresh & delicious, & the service is warm & attentive. We are always satisfied & highly recommend this place.
If you are looking for Persian food in Montreal, this is the place to go. The quality of the food is unbelievably good & the prices are outstanding. I am very satisfied with this place. Highly recommend it.
From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with warmth & genuine hospitality. Their service was attentive, professional & made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly organized & they went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

I had a great experience here! The nab kebab, shishik & Ghorme sabzi were absolutely delicious so fresh & flavorful. The staff were very friendly & provided excellent service throughout. Absolutely loved this place - so much that we decided to go back on our second day in Montreal! The food was incredibly fresh & had that real homemade taste. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, & the owners were so kind & friendly.
On our first visit, we had chelo kebab,Mahicheh, & kebab torsh. The second day we tried chelo kebab again (it was that good!), plus ghormeh sabzi with fresh salad shirazi & gheimeh bademjan. Everything was delicious & clearly made with care.
They also bring you a complimentary soup with bread, which was a really nice touch.
If we ever visit Montreal again, we'll definitely come back here. Highly recommend!
